since you mentioned inside town,with your budget focus on wuse,Apo resettlement,Gudu,check kado also ..u might be more favoured to get there for that amount than other Abuja main town.Avoid places like wuse 2, jabi,utako,maitama,asokoro ,area 11 with your budget.My inlaw who was working in NNPC was paying 1.2m for a 2 bedroom flat in thugaville estate in utako in year 2017,so imagine the cost now.when i was house hunting i saw a 1 bedroom for 550k in gwarinpa.

But if you add 50k to the 200k, you'll easily get a self contain in Federal Housing Lugbe for 250k. That's like the flat rate for most self contain there.

even me too i was surprised when i was searching all by myself without agents,i was surprised that i can get somewhere cool and slightly lower than my budget,i just settled for kubwa phase 2,faith foundation area.Am paying 200k,there is light,water good road,nice setting

Seems u are only house hunting in d expensive side of Abuja. There are other places with much lower prices in Abuja. It's wise to rent houses at estate or nice environments cos of security but there are lot of places in lugbe, kubwa, galadimawa, kabusa etc where u can see affordable rent. Just remember that if d accommodation rent is more than ur 4 months yearly income, u over spending

My prices are limited to only town sir & not every part of abuja.

A male driver/marketer is needed in a bakery firm...he must have a valid driver's license and good knowledge of most areas in Abuja.
