Ways to make money in programming:

2)You can be a freelancer(The average pay for React devs on upwork is about 20-30$ per hour)

3)You can offer paid programming courses or personal coaching.

Lol, how's UI/UX the future when you'll still send the design to a developer to code? UI design have been here since forever, moved from Photoshop to more dedicated tools.

Too make it in programming is not that hard, Just put 2 and 2 down and you could be making something worth while e.g an app on playstore with 10K+ installs and active users could be generating $1000 - $2500 every month, imagine that, in less than a year, you could make 10M+ if you have more than 1 app with good user base... You don't have to be programmer to make money from programming, what it takes most time is a good idea. Develop an idea, get a programmer to do the dirty work and reap the reward.

In the time it takes you to learn a programming language you could have developed 5 or more solid ideas, and put forward to programmers on Upwork or Fiverr to deliver, and then you market (or get telesales guys from Upwork to market for you on commission)

Actually you just need ONE idea. And you don't need to rack your brain too much to come up with it. Just go online and you'll see websites that post large numbers of ideas you can choose from.

You can do all this sitting at home and not moving an inch.

In fact today's world is sweet if you apply small sense and develop a plan of action.
