How you managed not to get the point since is beyond my comprehension,I repeat, who refused to allow you criticize Rohr?

Answer this question and stop dodging. You are accusing everyone on this thread of not allowing you criticize Rohr for playing a clubless Musa, the same pple that have been criticizing him for handling him a callup in the first place.

What a good team.My good friend Sunday Johnson made the team,a very good winger who injury ruined his career.

Sunday Johnson was another Segun Odegbami in the making. He was the only outfield home based that made the team.

Oga joe my only fear with this indigenous coaches is the bribe taking and questionable team call ups that is always associated with them....

Don't want a situation were players now pay to get call ups at least for now no news and allegations like that even though rohr have been clueless especially in tactics
Rohr as indigenous coach...Humility baba must have been shouting corruption by now.

Do you know how Maduka got his invitation or some of those boys like Oyenka,Tijani.

What we need now is a coach that can bring the best out of these players whether foreign or indigenous but I still prefer foreign ones.

Compare with this team:

1988 Olympics Nigeria squad list:

Goal Keepers:
David Ngodigha
Christian Obi

Defenders:
Jude Agada
Augustine Eguavoen
Chidi Nwanu
Sylvanus Okpala
Bright (10-10) Omokaro

Midfielders:
Adeola Adeshina
Emeka Ezugo
Osaro Obobaifo
Joseph Odegbami
Ndubuisi Okosieme
Samuel Okwaraji

Forwards:
Dominic Iorfa
Henry Nwosu
Mike Obiku
Samson Siasia
Rashida Yekini

I just compared them with the '88 squad not to even mention the 1996 and 2008 squads that went as far as the finals.
Wole(Joseph)Odegbami the younger brother to Segun Odegbami. Also Nduibusi Okosieme senior brother to Nkiru Okosieme of Falcon fame.

Wow Sylvanus Okpala the quick silver.Kai late Sam Okwaraji also made this team.

Chai, Austin Eguavoen,Chidi Nwanu,Emeka Ezugo,Samson Siasia and Rasheed Yekini made US 94 team.

Manfred Hoener coached this good team.

1) he made it clear dt he would av to wait for technical report b4 deciding rohrs fate
2) he also admit dt rohr is no longer popular among d football lovers in Nigeria
3) he also made it clear dt it would b very difficult to sack rohr due to d financial implications ,citing oliseh foreign assistant as an example, when he took d NFF to FIFA,thereby leading to d body paying him 300,000$ despite d fact dt oliseh(d head coach),willingly resigned.

4)....from d discussion so far on d Parliament, I can deduce dt sport veterans on d Parliament want rohr out cool

The summary of it all is that the majority want Rohr out... but the financial challenges is a barrier...
Pinnick should have thought well before offering that new contract

Ovie Ejaria awaits Fifa clearance to play for Nigeria
By Oluwashina Okeleji
Football Writer, Nigeria
19 November 2020 Sport Africa

Former England youth international Ovie Ejaria is waiting for clearance from Fifa in order to play for Nigeria at senior level.

The 22-year-old Reading midfielder, who spent six years at Liverpool but only made eight senior appearances for the Premier League champions, helped England win the 2017 Under-20 World Cup.

The Nigeria Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick has confirmed that the process for him to swap allegiances has been started.

He is eligible to play for the Super Eagles through his parents, but he will have to wait until next year while Fifa ratifies his switch from England.

Football's world governing body has confirmed "that at the time of writing, Fifa has not cleared the player in relation to the topic you mention."

"As a result, we are not in a position to comment any further nor to give an estimation as to the possible time line."

Ejaria had loan spells at Sunderland and Scottish club Glasgow Rangers before moving to English Championship leaders Reading in August.

He can switch allegiances as he is yet to play for the Three Lions at senior level and coach Gernot Rohr is keen to fortify his midfield, according to his scouts.

He previously trained with the Nigeria under-17 side in 2013 before appearing for the England under-20s in a 3-1 friendly win over Germany in October 2016.

Nigeria have previously succeeded convincing several former England youth internationals like Sone Aluko, Victor Moses, Shola Ameobi, Alex Iwobi and Ola Aina to swap allegiances.

Liverpool's Sheyi Ojo also told the BBC in September 2018 that he would love to represent Nigeria if they approach him.

Ejaria scored three goals and provided five assists in 39 games for Reading last season before joining on a permanent deal in August.

He has scored once in six matches this term for the Championship leaders as he recovers from a muscle injury.

The fact NFF really want cuper for the job while dare want rednkapp for the job but the shit is they are still owing rohr ..if they sack him then they should be ready to pay him..but unfortunately they don't have the fund for that so.they have to renew his contract.

they should have added a clause in his contract that they can sack him after a poor run of results without paying him off.

We may not qualify for Qatar 2022.

The last round of the WC qualifying series is an home and away knockout fixture. We could face the likes of Egypt, Ghana, Morocco etc on the knockout.

With the way Rohr is conceding defeat to tough teams even before we step foot on the pitch, I'm not too confident about qualifying for WC 2022 with him in charge.

especially those north African countries. north african fans are crazy about football and will do anything to win their home game. most black african team fear playing away to this north africans.
we all know what this north african teams also do when they play away, the tactics is always park the bus and waste time as much as possible.
