I’m using a Honda Civic 08 for e hailing business for 5 months now and it’s one of the best decisions I made.. I don’t know the particular year of Honda Civic u were talking of having ugly interior, but for the 08, 80% of the clients I’ve driven love the interior.
Lastly u must be a rough and terrible driver to conclude that Honda Civic is useless and terrible

The thing surprise also when I read am; civic has ugly interior comapred to corolla and big daddy?

Babadee uses same, many others use it. Use and drive it personally, don't give it out for rental.

Are all Prius hybrid please? What makes its battery special?

sharpk007:

The truth is Prius fuel economy is top notch atleast I drove one from Abeokuta to Lagos with less Dan 7 litres of fuel.

But wen it comes to the technician around and battery parts you will suffer it.

And again 99% of Kazeem can't handle it wen it comes to electrical faults.

N.B my bro still has one parked since last year after he got tired of it

Apologise for what?
To hell with him.

Even if he talked to him anyhow, does that give him right to withold the money of the service he enjoyed.
Does he expect the driver to praise or beg him after initially doing fake transfer?

There are times you need to play a fool in some situations.

Hello Everyone,
I must commend, this is one of the most active threads I’ve seen here on NL. It was an amazing read as I read through most of your experiences (couldn’t read all though sad). The journey was so educative, informative and very hilarious can’t remember the number of times I burst out laughing, y’all are doing an amazing job. I’m most intrigued with how you help each other out on getting difficult cases fixed, it’s more like a family kind of thing. Make una no change o, una dey do well kiss
But one thing though I noticed most of the experience shared here on riders is mostly on the bad side and only very few users share how kind or good a rider was to them. Reading through many of your shared experiences I personally would have thought most riders are maniacs and a self centered opportunist, and any new driver could possibly have the same notion there by might go into the hustle with an aggressive mentality on the rider
Abi I’m not making sense ni?

You made a lot of sense... The truth is if we start sharing the good experiences the thread would have gotten to a land of no return... There're good riders/people so don't let that bad experiences you read make you have a bias thinking about the hustle.

Peace

You are not far from the truth though, but sometimes we do share how good some riders are to us as well,

I hope you saw one of us spoke about how some riders gave him treat even though he was sceptical about their intentions and several good ones like that, but then it's a general understanding that bad events teaches us more lessons than good events, and most time the bad events we report here is not to make prospective driver/partner aggressive but rather to make them vigilant and learn from other people's plight.

Thanks for your input.

I don't think we should be divisive about this nomination. The message is clear, the tool should be given to a member of this thread, who's not only active but contributes to the onboarding of new ehailing drivers.

Folks like Izzou, Chilex, Northbird, Pope, eherbal, Jessusson2020, Shollywendy, Baba dee, Tojah (before he got a better job), Adex, Chucsmoore, Felicity, Angryigboman, luxurydriversng and Jaydee have been very helpful before the advent of capitalist like Jpworld grin .They are the ones we should be rallying support for, not some fellas who crawl out of their cave whenever its time for giveaways.

They are the ones that come here to paint drivers bad without any genuine evidence and immediately you ask for more information, they will run away and never to be heard from.

They will not write premium contents like Angryigboman, that will help a weary driver laugh off his bad day nor use funny memes like Dru and Tojahh neither will they comment on a post to enlighten or scrutinize erring newbies but anytime there's a cash reward or mechanical tools, you will see new monikers in numbers.

You nailed it bro.

Kai! But someone made mention of 7k being the max, how's my own now different? I'm 5 rides away from getting this week's bonus. Could it be why they cut mine on 4k?

This is strange cos I get more card trips on bolt this days.. for the past 8weeks, bolt has been paying me. I'm guessing you deliberately avoid card trips by asking riders if it's a cash or card trip? I might be wrong tho.

There's an high influx of card trips on bolt this days.

with him now.ill suggest we put the calls on hold, pending when this issues will be resolved.
I was made to understand that the debtor used his friend's bolt app to request you, hence he's not owing you. He said he's spoken to you and your disposition was not friendly.he said the most painful part was that his bolt app has been blocked after you reported him,and you're still making claims. He also said he can personally send you the dough as soon as his app is active once again. The debtor is a video director not a yahoo boy grin
Pls bro try and find a middle with him before the bombardments starts.thanks

who was in traffic on friday from island to mainland. Around 3:40pm I got a trip to amuwo from VI. I knew there was traffic but I just wanted to leave the island before it got terrible... for my mind! I picked rider and we embarked on trip. gmap showed me a route to link Carter bridge using Lagos island, I thought it will help me escape the traffic. I was on a spot for over one hour while my AC was blasting. I later decided on turn back to go use eko bridge but immediately I got to the bridge, I discovered my car was overheating. I quickly looked for a place to park on the bridge while I opened the bonnet to allow he engine cool. I added water to the radiator after a while but the engine temp rose again almost immediately. I managed the car to cms bustop and parked in front of first bank. I discovered the fan wasn't working even with the AC on, so I used my wheel spanner to tap it and it started working. while I was doing this my madam rider was in the car requesting another rider but drivers were rejecting her destination for obvious reason. 1. terrible traffic, 2. festac area at night. I was still fighting my own battle when she opened the door and started leaving without saying a word. As a sharp guy, I knew she wan Japa with my money having used 3 hours in traffic, my 2k fuel was almost reaching its initial yellow position. I quickly locked my car and advanced towards her.
me; Madam, you just left like that. it does not work like that
rider: sorry, I came to look for a cab cos all the rides I requested were just cancelling and I wanted to give you money but it must have fell
me: Sakamanje, money you didn't give me before leaving the car.
she later got a driver, maybe my guy was heading home and stays around festac and was like ' send me your details so I credit you what I have.
trip was supposed to be 3.5k but she paid 1.250k. I just laughed. That's why drivers must have sense in this hustle, riders don't care so I see no reason to care. my frustration was not even the money cos I don't expect her to pay the whole fare but atleast a show of concern. for drivers using indriver, learn to use Google map to check the city before accepting a request. the App isn't good for traffic so don't do fastest finger at the expense of your pocket. That traffic was terrible

If there was no surge wen the trip came then use ur rider app anf input thr location nd destination in the proper column den get an estimate of the price or rather tell d rider to do so then find a balance in between the price estimate. But if there was surge then multiply the price u Arived above with the surge. Peace

Carried a rider, everything was going smoothly till one mad keke driver decided to come into the road at a T junction without checking if any vehicle was coming. The corolla in front of me slammed on his brake and he just managed not to hit the Keke. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. I hit the back bumper of the corolla. I came down, checked and there was no damage to both vehicles. Everyone blamed the Keke guy and he apologised to both of us.

Came back into the vehicle and the only thing the rider will say was, "you no get brake"? .

I was mad. It was the first time i'll talk back at a rider, I shouted and asked if she was blind and didn't see the keke guy run into the road and even if she was blind, was she also deaf and didn't hear people blaming the keke guy. Told her she would have been on her way to the hospital by now if my brake wasn't working.

The lady calmed down immediately asking if I'm now transferring all the aggression on her. I no even answer am. I have always respected my riders but this was the height of it.

May God continue to grant us wisdom to deal with all these nasty and toxic riders.

You will need to take a screenshot of your home page (either uber or bolt).
But if you don't have an active account on either app then you must get a police report in lieu of that.
