Adamu Garba, a former presidential nominee, has refused to appear in court for the $1 billion suit he filed against Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter.

A Nigerian lawyer human rights lawyer, Tope Akinyode, who revealed this on Twitter also disclosed that the case was adjourned by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja until April 2021. It can be noted that Jack Dorsey was sued by Adamu Garba for allegedly lending support to the ongoing #EndSARS protests rocking the country.
