The engine isn't smoking... Maybe I meant to say 2000km. The 3000miles range in gave me for next servicing hasn't reached AT ALL before 4 GALLONS of 5litres has gone down the drain.

Note: I continued with same Mobil 5w 30 he bought and poured inside himself

Every human being has a weakness. Fact.
I have met gazzuzz. I have had several discussions with him. He has never come across as arrogant or proud. When you approach a fellow human being with respect, most times the respect is reciprocated.
If you call me by 11.00pm and start ranting about a transaction I had with you, you may flip a switch and I may snap. Nobody is perfect.
In all my discussions with Gazzuzz (consultations which I didn't pay a dime for his time), he has never insulted me nor sounded condescending. Even his boys displayed similar trait when I have interacted with them.
Manner of approach matters.

Just like that efulefu that told his father to shut up. Usually I don't respond with such insult but it is what it is.
OP should get to the root cause of the matter and sort it out with Gazzuzz.
It is that simple.
When all this blows over, some people may wish they had been more reasonable.

Seems to me that:
1. OP does not trust easily, because I think he's mixing up Mobil 5W-30 Semi-syn with Mobil 1 5W-30, USA, full-syn. (There's even an ESP one, too) The difference in prices will shock anyone who doesn't trust easily into believing there's a scam going on
2. Car operations are a learning curve, until one is very experienced to be called a "master". Between them, there was no learning. Appears someone now knows enough to detect "borale", but isn't clear on if he wants it replaced with what was originally removed. Patience with me taught me a lot, Sir.
3. Although I am not clear as to specifics, I think other experiences within this process need resolution. Distrust here, inability to babysit there, all compounded issues.
4. In summary, I think if engine is returned, OP should make arrangements to tow car back home. Agreed negotiations for expendables aside, it is unclear what else makes the experience unpleasant. I am unable to determine how well the drying oil issue was looked at for correction. 'One Nigeria' had given up, at that point.

You live in Lagos ojodu which is 10-15mins / 6-8km drive from my workshop., even after you insulted me I was still gracious enough to tell you to bring back the car and get a Full refund this was exactly on the 29th of October 2020 @ 19:41. I gave you 24hrs grace you did not respond after that, you did not also ask for extra time. Today is 21st Nov 2020.
