Pls I need an advice. Which is better: to spend valuable hours cooking my own meals or to eat out. Which is more cost and time effective?

Depending on your workload and ability to cook. If you have time, cook but since you are asking its fair to assume that you haven't cooked much.

If you are really busy, make time to prepare your own meals, it's cheaper and more hygienic though time consuming but worth it.

Eating outside is expensive and you cannot vouch for the quality of ingredients or hygienic conditions.

Depending on your reason for not cooking. If you are too busy you can buy food from a trust worthy person, but know the cost will be higher than when you cook. But like on Saturday you can cook at home, cook beans, rice and all arrange it in fridge so that when you are going to work you can microwave it and put it in cooler to work.

Thank you so much. However, regarding hygiene, what if I can vouch for the hygiene of where I go to eat? Second, is it really cheaper to cook, considering that N350 x 3 can get three square meals and I don't have to worry about kerosine, gas, and losing valuable time?
