Quality of life is very much linked economic status. Also remember that Europeans have had thousands of years to adapt to their environment. While most blacks or their ancestors arrived here under 100 years ago.

Then of course the unconscious bias in a European environment where racism in diluted and coded form still reigns. It affects every aspect of life. Sure not as overt as it was 50 years ago.

I do not know your age but as a kid I still remember how many women died in childbirth and a whole lots of kids died under age of 5. It was still common just 25 years ago in 9ja. So our 200m population could have been 300m by now if not for high maternal and child mortality in the past.
I know of some old men growing up who said they lost 10 to 15 kids in total. Terrible things in the past. Terrible. No antibiotics. Meningitis easily kids several kids in one house. Otter infectious diseases.

If Black in developed countries is 5, In this country is 8, But even tho we get one of the highest birth rates in the world,This country is indeed blessed

All you said is very correct but this article discussed, black women's death at birth. All the scenarios you mentioned here did not say anything about numerous women dying at birth and as per age i am of the older generation, so i know what i am saying with authority from the 12 states of Nigeria i have ever lived. Do a local data research, How many of your friends lost their mom at birth, ask all your friends as well thesame question, you will get a first hand data. (the other conditions you mentioned, are very correct)

Africa should fix its health system to a standard which is acceptable to Africans. This implies that African healthcare could, in fact, be better than that in advanced developing countries.
