A minister handles an entire country, including places he has never been to all his life and accounts for things that happen in those places under his ministry.

You're correct but BRF is totally different from Zulum. Fashola was under the direct watch of a godfather and a state whose finances was imprisoned by the former..

Also, Fashola is too academic to connect with the common man, hence, the reason for his elitistic policies while Zulum has always be in the class of common men, he understands their economic pain, psychology and aspirations.

BRF was being economic with the truth as a federal minister while Zulum was very blunt in voicing the agonies and insecurity bedeveling his state.

I'm sure you remember how he openly confronted the lackadaisical attitudes of the erring security agents in his state. Fashola will not do that, he will rather use media and grammar to cover the inefficiency of the security.

Governor Zulum was conservatively religious that he's not after building a political empire or adding offices to his CV but Fashola would rather be superficial to boost his image before his employee/paymaster.

It depends on where u are located. A week cant pass bye without the name of GSM on everyone's lips. Upper week was about clearing retiree's gratuity backlogs from 2013 to 2019.
