Salary deduction will end on december,then normal monthly deduction will start january.The civil servant are owing 8months dues,each of deduction is 2months dues which started september to end december.

normal deduction is the monthly dues which will start january 2021,just as i said before 8months deduction will end december,2020 which started from september till december reason they are deducting 2months in one month.
