So how did God cast devil to Earth
When God has not even created Earth yet.

I think you need to work on your language comprehension skills as well... in your post in the romance section, you claimed that Ezekial 28 was in reference to your phantom war in Heaven, when from verse 1 of that book and chapter, you are informed it has absolutely nothing to do with that.

Since when did the King of Tyre, become known as Satan? What about a similar dirge sung to the King of Babylon, I believe, in the Book of Isaiah, was He also Satan?

The Bible is a book that documents human thoughts written in human language, by human hands, it is essential to possess human language comprehension skills as they are necessary as far as understanding the message the human authors intended.

So Marduk had a city built in Babylon as the cradle of civilization.. He also divided the earth among the Gods.

Why not ask the OP to quote what he is saying in the book where it is found before running to conclusion?
And as for the war that broke out in heaven you made a mistake there Sir, God's throne is far away from the place where the war broke out.
Note how the angels often present themselves before God {Job 1:6} so there is a difference between the holies and holy of holies.
Moreover God is not a bully or power~drunk like lesser intelligent beings who feels they must act each time someone lesser irritates them, he allows justice take it's course. Satan is one of God's sons in heaven before he became a rebel, destroying this intelligent being without giving him a fair trial will make God himself unjust.
