Why are the calves lying lifeless by the railway line?

People should buy it from them at a much cheaper rate and eat.

The herders should chase after the train and attack them.

The caption suggests that the train derailed before killing the cows. But I think it's the other way round.

They mentioned a train and cows. They only pictured cows, yet it's just as easy to take pictures of a derailed train as that of the dead cows they posted.
