Can she use that NOC?

i am an applicant for fsw pr application and my timeline is over 7months and more now
I requested for my gcms notes and received a response on day 32 with notes

The notes state that;
Eligibility is passed,
Medical passed,
criminality passed
security was BLANK
info sharing -in progress

please i need a clear understanding of security blank

and if i may ask where do i check on the gcms to confirm the last time my application was touched

Please I need help. My reference letter duties/responsibilities are too scanty. My NOC is 4112 - for Lawyers and Notaries. Please is there lawyer in the pools who can help me cross check my list of duties and make corrections. Please find my stated duties below. Thank you all.
