having 474 points would imply how many years of work experience?
I'm just curious to know how many years of work experience would land me on 474 CRS if I ace IELTS, under 30 years of age, and single. It seems I have been calculating wrongly, I did my simulation with just 1 year NYsC experience and it landed me on 399 CRS.

3 years

I can imagine how frustrating that must be, it isn't the best of times. And yes, I landed since June and settling in well. Thank you! It's good to hear from you. Please keep the hope alive. As we like to say here, it'll end in praise.

Big congrats to all who got their surprise ITA. By God's grace, I will also testify.

Please seniors, I need some clarification from anyone who has had a similar experience. My ECA came around August but there was a mistake in my DOB(School's mistake apparently). I had to order for a new transcript and it has taken forever to be ready. I am hopeful it goes through to WES this week.

My questions are:
1. Do I need to make another payment to WES since all I need is a correction of the last ECA.
2. Will WES take the same amount of time (I think about 35days) to deliver the new ECA

I am hoping to enter into the pool and take advantage of the dip in scores before my next birthday in Jan. I will appreciate anyone who has had a similar experience to advise. Thanks

Anyone with this experience please?

Good evening gurus
Please can anybody help with this

A friend is filling the Express entry form but doesn't want to claim points for spouse work experience because of issues with reference letter

The form is asking if spouse has any work experience

The issue is clicking YES requires providing reference letter which they prefer not to have any reason to provide in order to avoid complications

Will clicking NO have any impact on the application

Bear in mind that he has to fill in her experiences in the personal history section.

Will clicking NO at the initial application stage have any negative effect on the application seeing that he has to fill all her experiences in the personal history section.

For someone with HND, when you evaluate, it'd come out as "2 or more certificates" because you'd evaluate your OND along with it. Factor this into your CRS simulation

Please I need information on CIPM. I’m looking to take this so I can have a second certificate. I don’t want to do BCS cause I have 0 IT knowledge. Anything from price, material, exams. I checked their website but it confused me the more. Congrats on your PPR

CIPM seem to be a longer route. Depending on how zealous you are there are other short courses you can take. PM me

Congrats o.. Women tend to have stronger faith. grin.. We were in exact situation but I couldn't stand the heat as she the PA was going to lose 5points in the 2nd week of December, so I wrote another IELTS on 12th October. The result came out yesterday. LRWS @ 7.5, 7.5, 7, 7.5. L was short of the minimum 8 and so I couldn't add the 2points to the 18 I have added already to take us to 471. Honestly, we were licking our wounds, asking how we allowed MOD to 'swallow' another 75k just like that and strategizing on whether I should give CDT a last try before her birthday arrived. It was in the middle of that conversation a brother I had been ranting to called and said there was a draw @ 469.. Well, the rest is history o. Ours is nothing but a story of grace.

Congrats once again bro.
