We have completed this foundation excavation works, we have also sank the whole column bases.

Iron fitting for the foundation columns and base reinforcement rods is ongoing today.

Its not easy at all, buying cement for N3,800 is shocking to say the least, but we must move on, before we start buying it for N4, 800.

This house will not sit on a 50 x 100 land, and will be tough to fit on a land with a width of 60 feet.

About the roof, I dont think flat roofs cause more heat, those who currently live in it with well finished ceilings like POP are not complaining. Thanks.
