It is the job of the government, not Nigerians. The government is heavily paid to serve and to protect. There are criminals in every country all over the world. But they don't go around destroying government property for clear reasons. The reason is not because citizens are stopping them. The reasons are because
1). The soldiers and police there don't instigate riots or sponsor thugs.
2). The citizens are exposed to proper and accessible basic information, education and orientation.
3). The facility is properly guarded and no government security outfit is going to shoot at unharmed people.
4). Crime does not pay.
5). Video evidence is not dismissed as fake news or strange technology. In fact, it is what everyone fears because they know they are being watched on camera and WILL be prosecuted for misconduct.

Does Nigeria feel like a blessed country to you? If you had said Germany, Holland, Denmark, etc are blessed countries i would agree with you, but Nigeria? Seriously?

The train long oh. I think shorter trains should be more preferable. It's common sense, what do I know sha. Shorter will certainly be less expensive. Meaning we can purchase more.

And for Nigeria's poor maintenance culture, if one train breaks down or have fault. Less people affected, less money lost or spent on repairs. Less loss of material or life. More arrival and departure time with more trains. More work for more drivers etc. I think keke is easier to drive and maintain than trailer. I don't know if same principle applies for smaller/shorter trains.

The project is commendable and the design is beautiful. FG should tell this Chinese contractor to consider the safety of their workers. The number of unsafe work going on there is unbelievable. They can't even fake safe work environment when the client is on site visit, I can't fathom what will be happening there when nobody is around.

Building station for Train that is engine stop at the middle of the Bush anyhow.�

Unless the government quickly concession this train infrastructure to be privately run, the money spent will go down the drain and it will not repay the huge debts incurred by the projects.
