Your Screenshot is too blurry. But yes it is in Nigeria and if it is an Untracked shipping this is where tracking will stop.

Also you have to be patient, Nipost are really slow these days.

It has arrived destination country so if you open dispute you'll most likely lose. Sometimes these orders especially the untrackable ones take a long time to move from lagos to our local POs. When next you go to your PO ask them to check where the orders that the phone number isn't visible is located, sometimes that could be the problem
