Hello,
Does anyone know how long it takes vfs to return passport after interview ?

8 working days...if you opted for pick up, they'll call you.
If it's courier. They'll send it

Max is 10 working days.

What if it is a denial?

There is no way you can know a denial unless, you receive your documents.
After your application, at night, your application status changes from submitted to application is registered.
The visa decision has been already made that day (of submission and interview).

It is usually sealed up.
Even VFS doesn't know, except the Embassy.

Refusal will be stamped and signed, from the rear page, with a letter indicating the ground for refusal. And the reason is usually the eighth clause: "there is no evidence confirming the purpose of intended stay in Ukraine of a foreigner or stateless person".

It may come with other reasons as insufficient funds(bank statement) and proper medical insurance issues.

If you did what is considered the right thing, you will get your visa.

You can't appeal a refused visa right now, according to statement released by the embassy upon reopening.
So interested applicants will have to reapply and then try to do the said right thing.

Please can you help us list the required documents here for reference purpose?

Dear Suf20, I already provided you with this information, on a call, and provided a screenshot list from the embassy. As such, it is not nice to make someone else type out an information you already have, because they intend to help you, as everyone is currently bothered about booking an appointment and filing their documents. Their time seems quite precious to write an information everyone independently researched.

A successful application needs either an agent or an experienced and competent guide. Especially for an embassy like the Ukrainian. There are lots of mistakes that could lead to refusal or require costly correction; please keep in mind.

Also, a large percentage of applicants here are first timers.

Be careful, and make sure to get the right docs with proper specifications.
Good luck with your application!

This man is funny...so you mean I want to scam you for 1k?

Everyone who was at Abuja was at a revenue office in the ground floor of the ministry and paid N500 to get the government receipt. If someone was going to confirm your RRR payment and change it to receipt...is extra N500 tip an issue? And you won't even pay to me oo...lol

Because you took your time, to do it yourself, you didn't get to finish your Affairs same day.

He went himself to Affairs, when I would've given him a link to a staff for free and got overcharged...then called me if I knew the person...which I do; to help him appeal the price. Even though he rejected my offer to help him at first, I still called, and got informed that he was there with a middleman.

I have helped lots of persons with the right information privately and even here in Nairaland.
My information is first hand and has never been proved otherwise.

Kay100 is my best friend and we met here. I'm his online crush, Nairaland love.

Everyone who knows OYEMYK on Nairaland and knows me in person knows I'm loaded. And I'm a good person. I help for free!
I'm more connected than some agents. ( you called and said, I met one Mr. Chris, do you know him? And I do.{that's connection!} ).

I have helped lots of persons and still helping ATM.

So, I'm not your issue. Not a fan of online enmity. If you need information, write me on WhatsApp, I'll give you. We're still dope.

But it's shameful to refuse my caution and call for help when you're in it.

If my nairaland friends have time, they may testify. I'm a goid source for adequate info.

Maybe you'll ask on nairaland here too for reference purposes, how to properly fill your application...lol

for the sake of the success of your application, You need a guide or an agent. I gave you info you that's even new to you.

Many people have trusted me with hundreds of dollars for documents. Without doubts.

So man be calm...nobody is scamming you.

Read this thread, I been here a long time
does it mean you blocked me on whatsapp and told me you will be travelling to Ukraine by 4th of October. this life sha

Lol bro, my trip wasn't possible because embassy was locked. and I lost your contact man...and I told you I'll connect you once I travel, so you should know I haven't.

Thank God I'm not owing you grin cheesy...lol
Write to me on email, I'll share you my new contact. And I answered everything you ever asked me of.

This life sha like I collected your money...that's why people who have travelled don't come and be giving updates here. Because una wahala too much.

Moreover, saying I blocked you is unreasonable. Because I been active here all the while. Also, I don't owe you any audience or attention bro.

Small small Abeg.

I no get time, I'll have listed responsible people who we've had things to do together from here.

You can read updates from here, you don't need to write me on WhatsApp. Or ask your questions here. I won't block you on nairaland.

This is a trend and i believe everybody have equal right of contribution and asking question? Why did you want to be the only one providing answer to peoples question and wanting to render other people little experience valueless?

When I call to ask did you know the said man and the amount he wanted to collect per document did you agree or disagree to the amount? You know the answer you gave me. Is there a fixed price for legalization of document at the ministry of foreign affairs like that of Education? Have you mention the price to anybody you claimed to have help? Did you care to say this is the fixed price but if the person give you higher price with your negotiation power you can beg the person to help you with the amount close to the fixed price?
Or how would you have help if you connected me with the said man are you not going to be the middleman in this scenario?

Please when you want to help someone help him or her with an open mind and if at the end the person want to appreciate you, it can be more than the little change you think you have added which the person may later get to know and feel disappointed.

Me as a person i don't expect anything free from anybody, all i need from people is true information even if it will cost me money, let me know I am paying for the information I am getting from you and let it be true cause I can decide to make it free tomorrow after getting it, but here you are scared that if people are getting legit information in full package from nairaland your line will not be buzzing again and you will not be able to get the little impress you are getting.

So I dare you to make it public how much it cost to legalize a document at the ministry of foreign affairs
