Start staking 2 odds every weekend. I can help you but you got to be patient. Cos you seemed to lack that from your post which is why you have been losing profusely.

As for quitting all I can say is you can't. At least not like this. You have to start by reducing the rate at which you stake first.

I normal encourage people to gamble responsibly, but when I meet compulsive gamblers like you, I advise to quit.

Always bet with what you can afford to lose. When betting think first. If I lose this money what happens? Consider your money gone once you stake it. Use money that will not cause you depression when it's gone. That you have 100,000 naira does not mean you need to bet with 100,000 naira. The house always wins. You have to be smart about it.

I know it is very hard to quit especially when a demon is responsible. to be honest with you, what happened to you is the same thing that happened to me, I gambled in millions on virtual game, I still had to sold my car to gamble because I want to get my money back and I still ended up losing all the money, and that make me start begging too and living a shameful life. my counsel to you is to decide within you that you won't put one naira into gambling again, start doing something more productive with your life and ask God for his blessings and never hang around gamblers and drop your phone for a while and get a smaller phone that does not have internet, smartphone can be very tempting. if I wasn't using a smart phone I won't have had that kind of lost, smartphone contributed to it and very disciplined with your time.
