Good Evening Guys

Please help me here. Am applying for a 2 year visa for i and my wife but these are my issues.

I have made 2 huge withdrawals from my account to save in another account ( Which i ended up spending anyway) in other to block that those two withdrawals from been visible in my statement is it advisable to tender a 3 months Bank statement as against the regular 6 months?

I will so appreciate your help in answering these two questions.

Please give 6 months statement and explain the huge withdrawal and deposit. It will show on both accounts. Your application may be refused for submitting less than 6 months statement. If I were Eco, I will know you're trying to hide something and my decision will take that into consideration.

Short answer: Don't do it, just explain the inflow.
Good luck.

The withdrawals shouldn't ideally be an issue as long as your account balance is fine. That said I used a 3 months bank statement in my last application and it was fine.

right now, are people allowed entry into the UK for holiday reasons?

Yeah, as long as you quarantine i.e if you are not coming in from an exempt country.

You have a savings of 1.7m and your dad will sponsor you with 200k? Something is not adding up here. The budget looks okay if you will be staying in a hostel or staying with a friend or family. However, your budget is almost double your monthly salary. That's my only concern. I would not bring sponsorship into this equation. You only need a sponsor when you can't afford the trip in most cases.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Ukahh: 10:30am On Nov 29, 2020
Okay thanks for your response... If I remove the sponsorship and go with my salary alone...then try to get a friend to stay with I hope that will be fine... Then in my salary account, the salary hasn't been constantly 1250AED because covid19 affected our business and it made my company reduce our days of work to 20 days which affected the salary but the account shows a salary deposited from the same source for every month till date.

I’m responding to this basically because I’m a uae resident myself. First off, you have better chances applying here in uae where refusal rate is relatively low but only if your salary is 3,500 above but in ur case I doubt you stand 25% chances of getting the visa with your profile. AED 1250 is very small to even think of vacation and 90% of time people on this salary are trying to relocate and willing to risk overstaying I assume that’s your plan aswell, Ps: Don’t do it. Also, there’s no reasonable way to work around 1250, let’s say you spend AED 0 monthly and your disposable income is the whole 1250 you’ll still spend 3 times your salary to arrive at any reasonable figure enough to spend on your trip.

Good afternoon everyone,

For those who have applied for tier 2 dependant visa recently, I am aware TB test, marriage certificate, birth certificate, CoS, POF are the major requirements on gov.uk. ordinarily, i know they would need other evidence of relationship such as pictures, immunization card etc. What other items can my dependants submit to boost their chances of approval?

To avoid complicating issues and long story I submitted only salary acct with an opening balance of 550,000. No other deposit apart from salary.

For dependent children, do not forget consent letter signed by both parents and original birth certificate
For spouse dependent police certificate oo from all countries they have lived in for 12mnths and more in the last 10 years.

Keep checking at regular intervals. Surprisingly at times, free dates pop up late night/midnight.

Hello house,

Kindly help with this info...

Learnt a valid ID card is required to be presented when going for collection of passport after approval of visa.

Does it compulsorily have to be a valid ID card or a company ID card can be presented and acceptable instead.

Thank you all.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Sego12345: 8:28pm On Nov 29, 2020
You can also go with your work ID but most importantly a copy of your international passport and the checklist you signed when you submitted.

Please is anyone able to assist me, thank you!

Colourisblack:
Hello family

Please is someone able to assist me with my query below:

I would like to bring my nieces over to the UK on holiday during July/August 2021. I will provide some context:

- I am 29 years old and a British born citizen and permanently reside in the UK.
- The girls (my nieces) are Nigerian citizens and permanently reside in Nigeria.
- They are ages 9, 9 and 7.
- Their parents will not be travelling with them, I intend on travelling to Nigeria to pick them up and then bring them back to Nigeria after the holiday.
- The duration of the holiday will be for 2 weeks.

There's limited information online as to how I go about doing this, is anybody able to provide information or share their experience on this?

I simply need to know if this will be possible and what the process will be.

Thank you.
