Oh, sorry for your loss, well Spot trading is the best thing that have ever happened to me. It is the same thing that's sustaining me, I do loose sometimes but my winnings always supercede my losses.

Once you don't see it as a get rich quick syndrome and avoid been greedy too, you will get back on track.
