Good morning bro. Do you have a fiverr account and can you handle an NLP project that requires web development experience. A potential client is currently discussing with me but my hands are tied to some other projects right now. Let me know if you are interested so that I can refer him to you before I decline the offer.

No I don't have a fiverr account. And minus that self I am currently tied to deliver a project at work, so I am not really available currently. Really sorry.

Ok so my Masters Thesis... “wireless Control using reinforcement learning”. I think reinforcement learning has not been deployed for real world applications. This hopefully will be sponsored by Comcast(Internet provider in the US)

Nice exploration. Where did you do your undergraduate studies and which course? I'll like to pursue a master's degree in ML.

Interesting, so how did you go about processing your Masters? Are you benefiting from any form of scholarship? My background is not in engineering or comp sci. Although, I took some comp science courses and calculus in my first three years. What are my chances of getting admission?

I’m on a full funding scholarship and my responsibility is to teach undergraduate courses. America is flexible, you can major in anything and minor in computer science. I’m still in the engineering field and minor in computer with concentration on artificial intelligence.

So sorry I couldnt respond before now. I have been very busy with so many things.

Yeah, it’s the allocation of frequency spectrum, wireless resource management and to help reduce power consumption. The Maestro algorithm has been what they use before now. But I want to simulate and practically implement these system using reinforcement learning

No probs bro.

This project is absolute fantastic, and it is in one of those fields I believe today's AI algorithm can definitely tackle. I won't be surprised if by the time you are done your AI produces a very weird but effective specifications. (Still baffles me how they are able to that anyways).

Wish you the very best bro. And you can always update us on your progress.

Hello guys, it's been a while. I know I said I would update the thread with my subsequent projects, but I've been busy, and I even got banned by Google for some time which means no free GPU's.

Lately, I've been working on a new interesting project (not an RL project by the way) and I will share it soon.

Hi, it’s been a long time I hope you have been good. How do you mean you were banned by Google. Is it the Google colab or the cloud platform. I just got my Lamba Stack Desktop for 4500$ with dual 2080Ti (my Bleep up) I could have just got an Alienware with 3090 24GB for around the same price. But it’s been saving me a lot of time in training. And I’m also paying $10 monthly for Google collab, it provides me with a Tesla GPU with 16Gb.

What have you been up to lately boss? I have been working on some TinyML model. Voice recognition on embedded device. Hoping to read about your recent project soon

Hi bro, thanks I am well. My ban journey started when I was trying to scrape a nasty website with rate limiting and I needed the data urgently, so I used Tor and PySOCKS to hide my IP and switch to a new Identity whenever I am rate limited. But unknowingly to me Colab was seeing the usage of Tor as crypto mining and shady dealings, so I got blocked for a while and I was getting shadowbanned on google cloud (gcp) and sometimes my VM will be killed while running some script. I later sent a mail to them and after some back and forth with one of their guys I showed him a part of their privacy terms that made them lift their ban.

Great news about the rig, although as you said the Alienware will be more cost-effective and if not because of GPU shortage building yourself could be even more cheaper. Planning to get two 3080 rtx after this scarcity later. I pay for the colab pro also but I don't really feel it because most of the time they only provide p100 and v100 only shows up like three to four times a week. (v100 is like four times faster than p100 for CNN that I am training).

I am currently working on a GAN and it's almost done, just fine-tuning on a few things. (The attached pics is one of its output although I will still create a post properly). VR on an embedded device is actually interesting and challenging to think about it. The tiny ram, storage and micro-managed code cheesy cheesy Share with us when you are done please.

This is really Beautiful. GAN is very interesting. I also want to use GAN to write music instrumentals. Feed in your lyrics and let the computer give you a good Beat. I fell in love with Signal processing and NLP. For embedded system, tensorflow has LITE version and LiTE micro which transforms your model into a C++ freeze model. However, your model cannot be too deep with millions of parameters.

Good morning bro, please I need help on a research topic that has to do with information retrieval of text documents.I need someone with library and information science or a computer science programming expert either deep learning,Text retrieval congress (TREC) or extension mark up language (XML) the course has to do with digital libraries.Anyone with experience can pm me thanks

Can you possibly drop your related questions here and we can provide answers here. There are a lot of accomplishments in that area. A friend worked on a model that can Parse pdf file (sales receipts) and organize the information in an excel table. The beauty of deep learning is that, you can always find its application in every domain. Be it Engineering, Economics, Medicine and even Farming.

I think OpenAI designed one already, and the amazing thing is that it can be conditioned to produce different styles like R&B, country, ROCk e.t.c

I have seen the TF lite in action too from one genius on youtube. The guy loaded a model on a small board, attached it to a watch-like strap, and he used it as a keyboardless keyboard. The board detects gyroscopic movement from his hand and the model predicts the letter he his trying to type. I was like wth.

TinyML is a field I think needs more researchers because we are going no where with all these powerful but big models.

Thank you bro, I'm a master's student of library and information science and I was told to find a research topic on information retrieval which is related to digital library which must involve little programming aspect like vector space model or deep learning,INEX which is the sub XML (extension mark up language ) The issue I am having now is how to even get a topic to submit before researching on it.....

Self-driving vehicles, Industrial scale automations, Operations in unsafe zones like oil rigs, Increased successes in surgical operations … these are part of the many promises of artificial intelligence.

Do you know that the highest grandmaster of the hardest board game in the world GO is an AI? 9 March 2016 – 15 March 2016 was the week AlphaGo broke the internet by beating Lee Sedol an 18-time world champion by 4 – 1. It was a feat considered impossible as the number of possible moves in the game of GO is more than the number of atoms in the universe. And that was the week I was seduced from the medical career I was pursuing and everything became history.

Am not sure of your claim of the bolded. Number of Atoms in the universe?

Conclusion

The experiment was a bit of success although the agent didn’t maximize its potential mainly because it can only sense the board only through the region around it’s head and a better option is the snake seeing the whole board as an image through a convolutional neural network. The agent was able to eat about 50 apples at max.

For the next experiment, I will be training an agent to play the old shooting game CONTRA and I am really excited about the training. I will also build upon the lesson learnt by this experiment by giving the agent more awareness of the environment by providing the agent the direct image render of the screen. IF the next experiment is successful, other prospective games for experimenting include Asphalt, Mortal Kombat etc. and also maybe soccer (but definitely the old versions like winning eleven 2008 and will probably need the help of a C++ dev to tune the game to a usable environment)
Adios guys.

Seriously I'm greatly impressed, I want to apply AI in Geophysical Investigation though I have a specific area which I don't want to mention base on research, and I don't know how to go about it and I strongly believe is applicable. Please what and what do I need....
