The certificate is just a social status for most. Just something some parents use to justify wrong (talking money magic now) on their children. Cultism is indeed a tool for social engineering. |

ASUU are not doing this for the students. It's simple analogy, they're complaining about arrears, bonuses, and research funds, they're are not complaining about poor infrastructure and human resources in these universities. When schools finally resume, they will be the ones to start selling handouts and scores. Sam Dede is a theatre arts lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt, he is no doctor or professor, but he has been involved in film making and acting for the best part of 2 decades, but the professors and doctors will sit in their offices selling books and scoring students low. |

ILoveDemMANNA:I disagree with most of your arguments, they hold little to no water. Until I see someone talking about examination malpractice, then I'll consider giving credence |

We don't need Universities in this country. Government should allow people to go and learn through aprehenticeship either medicine or law. |

Nigeria education system is trash...but all over the world, many advanced countries have found out that going to school, higher institutions and getting a degree is not always the best,in some countries, kids are making big money in terms of millions of dollars from acting,blogging,singing...many of them start from little age and before leaving teenage years, they are millionaires and are achieving a lot,Messi, Ronaldo,Billy eilish,Jace Norman, blue ivy,Breanna yde and co.most of them are what they are because they were exposed early to the realities of life, but in Nigeria, many parents will not allow their children access to the internet, not give them phones because they are termed too young, force them to go to school and destroy their talents...as for me,my children will do what they want to do from early age and start doing things from early age instead of waiting till graduation from university before thinking of being successful |
