Fed govt has payed November salary for long and yet many federal workers are yet to receive. Paramilitary officer are yet to receive up to now. I always said it that IPPS are incompetent. The salary payments is already in their system and should be automated

There's adjustments on monthly basis for cooperatives and other loan issuing institutions. how can it be automated?
