Igbochief001:I believe that they have been sidelined for too long... But even at that it can't be given to them on a platter of gold... They have to battle it out with the people from the south... You can't just carry presidency and give it to a person gbam.... Battle it out... Sell your condidates now in a way that if I am Yoruba, Benin, irobo, itshekiri, hausa, igbo etc I would see him as someone that won't forget me when he gets there... As far as I am concerned no credible person from the SE is doing that now until rush hour... While those who are trying to do the right thing are people with questionable character and credibility is far from them... Like someone said, stop the attitude of me against the world... IKBARUTEN11:it is the turn for Southwest to rule. Southwest are yet to rule in apc arrangement. The Southeast can stay dedicated to PDP. |

Ghostmode2two:This balancing thing will not work. DEMOCRACY IS NOT A GAME OF LOGIC. IT'S A GAME OF NUMBERS IF IGBOS REALLY WANT PRESIDENCY THEY HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT. NOTHING STOP ME FROM VOTING AN IGBO FOR PRESIDENT AS LONG AS I BELIEVE HE/SHE TO BE COMPETENT. IGBOS::: PRESIDENCY IS EVERYBODY'S RIGHT STOP THINKING IT WILL BE HANDED TO U JUST LIKE THAT. U HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME (POLITICS ) AND PLAY IT WELL JUST LIKE OTHERS. IF IGBOS DON'T STOP THIS ATTITUDE OF "ME AGAINST THE WORLD" THEY WONT EVEN SMELL 2023 PRESIDENCY. U have to mingle with other tribe (politically )..show that you have their interest at heart so that they don't view giving you PRESIDENCY as handing AK47 to their enemy (due to past record). That way the two giant political parties would have no fear (of losing) picking SE representatives. Ps: I no longer reply mentions lacking intellectual reasoning. |

Igbochief001:Where was SE when SW was being strategic in 2015. In your usual way since 1959, you were bust teaming up with the wrong group from the North. Just wait till 2023 to see whether Power is usually given on an Ala Carte or Table dot basis. Ewu & Efi. |

[b]I have said it times without number. Yoruba don't want an Igbo man to be president, because they have seen that the slot is getting to an Igbo man slowly. their new slogan now is, we don't want old men, we want only youths. But watch as they will bring out a Yoruba youth for president, instead of Igbo youth. Igbo should avoid yoruba for now until they get their Presidential slot. yoruba people don't want to use eyes see an Igbo president in nigeria, that's why they are advocating for youth president that will still come out from yoruba extraction. igbos, say no to yoruba collabo, I have seen what they are upto. Igbos should collaborate with the North if they want to achieve their Presidential ambition. For instance, you can see what is happening in the music industry, all the awards belong to yoruba people. They give awards to themselves, leaving Igbos behind. in conclusion, whenever an ibo person see a snake and a Yoruba person, leave the snake and go after a Yoruba man |

Ghostmode2two:And the Yoruba got it on a platter of gold? Recall that Abiola lost his life for Democracy to thrive in Nigeria. How many Igbo's participated in that struggle safe for Real Admiral Udubusi KANU. Were S Easterners such as Arthur Nzeribe, Chukwumerije etc not supporting Babangida & Abacha against the Yoruba? You na go wait tire. And who is afraid of Nigeria breaking? Yoruba are ready for anything. Just wait & see. |

Nathan2016:Ideally, the next president should be from South East but common sense would tell anyone who chooses to use it that that's a mere joke for now. South Easterners hate every other tribe and even themselves. Oh! Let's just agree that other tribes hate and envy Igbos and not the other way. Either way you see it from, SE keeps burning bridges and you can't bully yourself into Aso Rock. The Fulani you so despise, the Afonjas you just can't stand their sight, the nomads, the herdsmen, the illiterate Hausas all have electoral value and to think they'll vote an Igbo man is a joke. |

I think, we should go by zoning. The country will be more balance. Because, if South South should produce president in 2023, the next how many years God knows when will be from the North again. |

The only candidate I'm supporting from the southeast is Peter Obi but I know the odds are not in his favour. So, I'll rather support Osinbajo than all the other Igbo criminals. |

You don't need to say it. The whole world knows already. After all the stupidity Buhari has exhibited for the past six years , all he has brought to you northerners is untold sorrow, suffering and shame. What else do you need a northern president for? after your nemesis president must have completed his terrible 8 years. That is if fate will allow him 2 more unbearable years for that matter. Buhari is a terrible disaster to the north in particular, and to Nigeria in general. May many generations to come never be granted a terrible leader like Buhari. |

ThreeBlackBird:Hate goes both ways, same as building bridges. Whether ideally or common sense, the next president should come from South East and if the yorubas or Northerners do not see them as fit to be the president considering we are all operating on the common sense rule, then common sense says you should not interfere and even support when the ask to be segregated. Its only common sense nothing more. Because if we operate outside that, then a north/north presidency and vice shouldnt be a problem. |
