Slickey:
I would want some of you to be wary of that 'chizzily' moniker. Everyone can make claims on the internet and get away with it because it may not be verified at the spot. This is the thread he/she opened about his/her note 9 pro. https://www.nairaland.com/6013056/xiaomi-review
Chaiii that's not true
I'm using a Redmi note 9 tho and it's very good the battery is strong
I just want to sell it cos I want to upgrade to mi 10 no issues with the phone at all

Nice what is the name of the store you got this device?
using the imei how did you verify its an international version?
Do you still have an awesome experience with the phone till date?
lastly, how much did you get it?

thank you sir

I got it from Buletz System in Jos. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

To verify it's an international version, I simply visited https:// www.mi.com/global/verify/#/en/tab/imei and punched in the imei number, and clicked on verify.
The staff of the store had no issues with me requesting to verify the device because we were all very friendly over the course of the transaction. See the screen shots below.

To be very honest, yes I still have a very awesome experience with this device. This is the best device that I have used. It operates extremely smoothly, I've never experienced any lag. The speed is great (its a 6 gb RAM device). The camera is amazing and the battery is awesome. It charges very fast and I can go over 24 hours without charging (user-dependent) because I play games occasionally at my leisure time.
And I must add, the phone never heats. I mean I have never experienced that.

I got the device at the cost of 107, 500 in August.
Cheers, bro.

Omoh! Una dey funny oh.
No need to scream over these battery ISH.
Have you checked how stable your network is?
Have you considered how hot the weather is?
These factors all contribute to battery not lasting battery life.

Please,y'all should calm down about battery this, battery that.

Look, just enjoy your device.
lol you honestly believe that reason is why his brand new device is dropping 1% per minute? To last 1hr40 ...should be the adaptive charge and should drain well from the 90% 7

To these still discussing about battery life, this is my assertion:
1. That glo network is a big battery gulper. I don't know why, but that's the truth
2. 2 SIM is another battery drainer
3. Bad network
4. Usage
I thought my redmi7 battery is depreciating, alas, I was wrong. Just had to change my browsing SIM to MTN due to location change and I experience a drastic improvement in battery life

Just updated my redmi 9 to MIUI 12 now. Seriously my phone just look so different in my hand. Improvement in graphic and other cool features i can't mention.

Xiaomi is superb in carrying their customers along and always working towards customers satisfaction.

Boss I intend to swap my rn8 anytime soon with any of the 9, which of the 9 series will you recommend that has good battery life?

https:// bigota .d. miui. com/V12.0.1.0.QFGMIXM/miui-blockota-lavender_global-V11.0.1.0.QFGMIXM-V12.0.1.0.QFGMIXM-b775db5d33-10.0.zip

Remove spaces. Use a download manager like Idm+ or ADM pro

After downloading
How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

Better follow his moniker or save his number and be following him bumper to bumper he is a seller and location is always in his posts, if you want to buy from him waybill is always there. As for specs Gsmarena is there, what should have used is memory option and he has already stated the memory option he is bringing in.

Is battery life all that is in a phone? That is why someone will pick a lesser device and start complaining of lags all because of larger battery. And sometimes bigger battery doesn't really translate to better battery life, other factors are there.

In any case RN9s and RN9 Pro

Any recommendations for GCAM on Redmi Note 9S?
Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by masciv: 9:09am On Dec 04, 2020
Please who else has difficulty using any file sharing app on the 9s.

Not a single one appears to function well on this device. I noticed this behaviour since updating to the miui 12 or maybe it's just a coincidence. I used to have xender work properly before updating but now it's a pain.
