Nigeria has neither the most educated or most civilised folks in Africa. Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Equatorial Guinea, South Africa and Kenya lead Nigeria in terms of literacy rate per population.
I don't think, we should deceive ourselves that, we are civilised, we are only used to "chest beating" to boost our lost ego on the African continent.
