The matter tire me. If the decoder doesn't support some function, it is not bad, it just means there is room for improvement. No need passing the buck.

I called that line throughout yesterday, asking me to choose 1, 2 or 3. I chose two and three since I was not activating. But it wasn't going through. The call ends after choosing any of the options

They waste enough of my time and airtime while calling at the end of the day nothing

Yeah for some days it been like that. Just few stations are showing now. Someone said they have been unstable like when they were in their previous position.

Same here but just a few channels, maybe 4-5 channels.

It all depends on your pocket. For instance, if you want a pocket-friendly sat finder you can consider gtmedia V8 Finder or Hallobox, and do note that these two are powered by a power bank. But if you desire something bigger gtmedia or Freesat has bigger versions which are powered by an inbuilt battery but do note that they are costlier.

With regards to your question, the PVR function on ourtv decoder reads mp4 files. You said it couldn't read your flash disk but you didn't tell us the size of your flash disk. However kindly note that the maximum size ourtv decoder can read is 4gb. So if your flash disk was above 4gb that could probably be the reason why it couldn't be read.

Can the gurus in the house help me out. My church is using strong SRT 4950H receiver. The issue is that while the audio display, the audio is not coming out when you connect it to an amplifier. Efforts have been made to rectify bit but to no avail.

Can anyone please suggest the problem to this issue.

This is a technical/wiring issue and it has nothing to do with the decoder but what passes audio into the amplifier or the amplifier itself.


If it has anything to do with the decoder it would not provide any audio sound at all. Don't temper with the decoder, it's a technical issue coming from the amplifier or connection that passed into the amplifier.

Having said all that above ;
Try this; try to connect the decoder to another amplifier or an alternative audio provider like the amplifier that way you may be able to find if all of the above is true or the decoder as lost its strength to provide heavy sound audio which in that case the decoder will retire some services- I doubt this though.

In this era, I don't believe that the decoder supports only 4gb memory. An HD movie in mp4 format can't be less than over a gigabyte. How many movies will I put in a 4gb file. Meanwhile I'm very sure that to record a full movie on ur decoder through the pvr function with take a space more than 1gb. Finally, the smallest flash I have is 8gb. Pls update the decoder to correct this minor issue
