If you are referring to the Kosofe constituency II election held yesterday, well, I've seen his campaign posters all around Kosofe whenever I pass through, I'm just hearing from you that he won. I guess: (1) The low voters turn out worked against APC or (2) He was able to rig using an effective method I won't mention here.
Either the figures are concocted or not, my bottom line still remains that Lagosians complain always, especially in commercial buses, but when it's time to vote out the reason for their complain, they will stay indoors.
