Bro meditation doesn't mean whether you are a Christian or Muslim. You are only using the power of nature through your mind. The mind is the most powerful energy, through it alot of inventions have been made. I have a white Bible I read daily and I pray to God. Infact I go to a church service from 8pm to 9pm daily but that doesn't stop meditation. It's not evil or does it connect to terrestrial power. The only advice I give to people when meditating is not do the 3rd eye thing because that's the evil part of meditation. Instead of imagining a 3rd eye in the middle of your head I imagine a very bright light in the middle of my head. Sunlight energy can be referred to the power of likeness of God. You can't look at a very bright sun likewise you can't look at God. If you can't do it stick to the word of God. Safe Bro.

There's no book concerning it, it's not like you are worshipping the sun, you only use the light of the sun in your imagination. It's so simple, you are using the power of your mind. Be in a quite environment. You can imagine the light of sunlight or any white light like your phone light etc and imagine yourself transforming into a white light. That's all.

I didn't really read a book about it, I just checked Google for info, but if you find your mind wondering during meditation I would advice you download meditation sounds. Type meditation songs on Google and you will get the mp3. The sounds aids your mind while meditating without wondering. Before you start meditation make sure you breath in and out very deeply so you begin to hear the sound of your breath, you can breath in and out 10times. Breath in Light, breath out Darkness, breath in Riches, breath out poverty, breath in Prosperity, breath out Lack, breath in Good health, breath out I'll health. Make sure you close your eyes and be mindful of what you are doing. After doing that now start to imagine the brightness of the sun from heaven, if you can't get it at first you can use a touch light of your phone while looking at it for a second or 2 and use it to aid the imagination of the brightness in your visualization. Now imagine that brightness coming down from above and entering into your body from the top to the soul of your feet slowly and your body turning into white. You will be like that for 10mins, you can also imagine a very bright light in the middle of your forehead. That one helps in seeing visions and your spiritual eyes will be very sharp and open but please don't use 3rd eye when meditating. 3rd eye is used my Illuminati and some occultic nonsense like that.

Thanks... concerning the meditative music, I used it some years ago. I stopped due to bad dreams. I felt some of them have foul spirits embedded in them. I'll try those stuffs out.

Lol. You are right about the music, most of the meditation articles you will find online will tell you to do shakra, etc. I don't do all those things. They tell you to make some hmmmmmmm sounds like that, I don't do it. The meditation sounds I mostly use is the chirping of birds or the cool sound of a water wave. Just look for gentle sound, it could even be the sound of droplets of water.

What I am trying to say is, when seeking its knowledge of the supernatural, things you seek spills to those you hold dear too.
During that period, there was a feeling that my immediate family would come to harm even if I was spared, had to reduce my curiosity for deeper /hidden knowledge and the dark energy pervading me dispersed. Be careful what knowledge you seek, some might be destructive to the people you love. The force that came dragging your sister was summoned by you.

Life is crazy and at the same time mysterious. I think with your stories you should heed to your calling which is to become a pastor/clerric. You have divine powers God and mother nature as deposited into you. See bro if you become a pastor you will even become very rich through it, just think of the positive side of it.
I am not even religious anymore, I am a spiritual being now. I connect directly to the source of life which is the sun. I meditate using the power of energy, using the power of mother nature. It's not a sun worshipping thing. You close your eyes and imagine the light of the sun engulfing you and your body and soul become very white like an angels own. I used meditation to destroy the spirit wife tormenting me. The first day I began using the sun for my meditation I don't dream bad dreams, I am always healthy because you are even healed of any disease or sickness as far as you meditate regularly. With meditation I was able to see visions and dreams that will occur in the future. As far as I meditate regularly I never go broke, it brings you peace and armony. Bro if you can try to meditate using the sun it will really help you to send all this evil spirit away from you. Jah Blessings

Omo, my own be say I dey complete dream.
Like if I have a dream today and it just happened that I someone woke me up mid way into the dream, I fit continue the dream say in two weeks time.

Secondly, whenever I think of my ex during the day; maybe I see someone who looks that him or something that happened to trigger a memory. I'll have sleepless nights. I don't even understand.

Thirdly, at a particular time of the night I'm woken up, then when I try to sleep I get this attack it stopped for a while tho. But I experienced it last night?
What could be the cause?

After our deliverance the pastor gave my mom a prophecy which came to pass(don't wanna talk about that experience) and he also told her it was a gift and I should work with God(but little Johnny no get time for that,in fact,my going to church was just to play and sometimes I skip church to go play video games)

I kept seeing shadows but this time,they are not after me.There was this particular night that I was called from sleep and as I woke up I couldn't even move a muscle nor speak a word...the only thing that could move was my eye balls.I remember seeing this dark fugure pace from the room I share with my brother to my parents room and moments later two came out and I suddenly fell asleep. The next morning my little sis (who is also a twin but lost her second some years back)fell ill and she told my parents wht happens to her at night ( Please parents be careful of the toys you buy for your kids,most of things are possessed dulls looking for a body to incarnate or initiate into their kingdom).

My little sis had this toy(a female dull that could blink if you shake it)mostly,at night while sleeping she place it next to her cos it was her favorite toy,she said at night while she sleeps the toy turns to an aged woman and lay beside her...but that fateful night she saw her spirit leave her body and the next place she saw her place was at the edge of river bene,the ages woman called her into the water but God mysteriously saved her(please no ask me cos I no know how e happen)....

well she said at night she will be hearing different sounds, in the morning the freezer filled with water will be empty... this goes on still one fateful day, she narrated it to someone else and got a advice.... on that night she took her children to her sis place and slept alone..... and the night walker carried out the operation.... she pretended as if was sleeping... watching everything that was going = it was a giant human with red eyes going to the freezer sipping every liquid substances he found inside the freezer, till the next morning.. to cut it short immediately the sun rise up, she returned the dolly to the person that gave her daughter.

any one that touched the doll must be ill be you baby, adult, kid or youth.... so a pastor observed that... any time Daniel(pastor pikin) play with that toy he must be ill for two to three days.... nahso the thing be ooh, one-day the pastor con noticed the thing... he prayed about it ...if the toy dy out, he no dy allow the boy come out... nah only God know how the toy take go.

When i left benue state to abj,life became normal again, I think my experience changed my life alot, i use to be a fighter and thief(i steal from my parents only)but they all changed... And things began to work for me,i moved close to God a little, i never ask God for something reasonable without it being answered, all i had to do was just imagine that it was done and behold it will happen. I had cases like seeing the future(crazy right?).

For a moment in my life even till date i feel like my life is on replay, i could see things before it happens, everything plays like a recorded disc in my mind.
I use to be naughty and can't even read in jss1 but after moving to abj I improved

At the risk of being bashed by some regular/nominal Roman Catholics, I'd advice you to research for a reputable prophetic ministry and delve yourself into it with the sole purpose of discovering yourself in God.

It doesn't have to be the biggest church; in fact, it's more preferable if you opt for a prophetic ministry that is beginning, but the person in charge must be genuine. It could even be a prophet ministry within the Roman catholic Church as there are many now allowed to operate.

If you do this diligently, you will soon understand your life well enough and even believe in God's grace upon you enough to become the solution which many in this dark world seek. Lunch further into the deep and discover yourself because therein lies your peace and fulfillment in life.
