Please guru in the house, how can I withdraw all my money in Smmf. I tried to redeem all my money but the system hold back #5000 to be left in the account. Please I need advice on what to do to redeem all

There was no communication from one investment,even my aged old man that encouraged me to open the account in 2013 did not get the update message. I was the person that told him. I even went to your Maryland office almost a month ago to do the update and I was not allowed into the office cos of a standing order in the name of operating skeletal services as a result of the fallout of the End SARS prottest. I have done it for more than 3wks and I added in the email I need the statements but till now nothing as been done.
Ps, I don't have an account officer, I opened it myself when the office was still opposite TBS

Write all the amount to the last kobo that informs the system you are liquidating your account and not just part redemption.

Kindly get in touch or get to the office on Wednesday to sort it out. I can see your account was opened a long time ago perhaps under kakawa. As at 2013 the fund was still with kakawa and known as KGIF. It was 2014 Ione took over kakawa and since then there has been alot of changes. I hope you are not holding the physical certificates at the moment.
You can check the attached file it's a copy of the mail sent to customers.

I did not get the attached email and going to your office is a waste of time since my nasty experience at your Maryland office.
I have still not gotten a response for my request.
One investment is a more or less like a family investment, during the protest my younger sister opened a VGIF account in your Abuja office. I just don't know why mine is taking forever

I just got access to my account and I am shocked at the slow and low interest accumulated?

Please how else can I track my transactions on VGIF, the app doesn't seem to be working, keeps asking for my account number whereas only customer number was sent to my mail. I've searched online for other methods of access to no avail

You can access your VGIF using our ziing mobile app.
Kindly install the app and register as an existing client by using your customer number.
Note: Existing client.

Before registering as an existing client you must have your easytrade login details ( to generate your password kindly use the forget password on the easytrade portal.)

Do you know you can get 6-10% on the ziing app.
