Pius case is domestic violence, this case is attempted murder.

Domestic violence comes with fines, and light sentences, attempted murder is a much heavier charge and comes with a heavier penalty, cos the curlpit is capable of murder. Leaving such person to roam freely on the street is very dangerous cos you're endangering the lives of the public. Therefore she should be jailed.
