Hello Mamas. First time mom here. I've been licking bitter kola to fight nausea and vomiting. Someone recommended it and it has been helpful. Hope it's safe?
Pls dont use it too much. I got addicted to it too and I later had to stop. I was always unnecessary thirsty, strong headache that I had to be given injection and worst it increased my ulcer. All these stopped when I stopped taking the bitter cola. Believe me its a life saver but its side effect is too much caffeine is not good at all. Even though I can chew just 1 bitter cola for 2 -3days.this is to show you that I took it in small quantity

The hospital she had her baby transferred her to a teaching hospital, my fear is will the hospital have the necessary equipment for surgery.please does anyone know about this birth defect , survival rate and surgery in Nigeria?

Hmmm... It's really a life saver. Once I put it in my mouth, I feel better. But, I'm gradually stopping. I didn't use it last night. Thank you, Ma.
