I hate jungle justice... Jungle justice should be served on corrupt politicians and not a common man.

Having listen to the complainant and the defendant carefully, i here by decree that Jungle justice should stop immediately all over the country and anyone caught shall be charged for murder with immediate effect.

3. killing a theif by mob will create more radical arms robbers than those soft robbers who can have a little empathy for their victims and it will also make the work of police more difficult during there investigation for that certain crime because the evidence is dead.

4. Jungle Justice make the killers no different from the robbers or thiefs. lastly our law enforcement ageny should try and be proactive in fighting crime because I'm sure if police are honest in there work of protecting life and property this jungle justice will be a things of the past. No advice for the criminals, murderers, thieves and savages that invites jungle justice upon themselves?

What do expect the victims of criminals to do after catching a criminal t when they don't trust the police? Advise the criminal not to steal and kill again, pray for him and let him go?

The police have failed that's why jungle justice exists.

If you arrest a thief and take him to the police station, the police will see it as business opportunity then negotiate and release the thief.

The Police Officer kills a citizen and "The People" Protest yet "The People" catches a suspected criminal and they Burnt him/her on the street.

Jungle justice is wrong plain and simple. There can never be any justification for it

The problem is that even our law enforcement agencies are part of the people who also carry out jungle justice.

Even though jungle justice is not advisable, it has reduce crime in many places, mostly where the police became powerless.
At least one full syringe of snipper can work wonder. After the injection you can hand the criminal over to the the police for onward movement to wherever they want to collect bail money

The reason why jungle Justice prevails in the first place is because the common man his lost faith in the police.

If you handover a thief to the police for proper prosecution, before the end of the day the thief is back on the streets. And in some cases you that handed him to the police isn't safe. Cos they'll come after you.

People just prefer to kill them because they feel it's the most effective way to ensure that they would hurt anyone else since the police whom we look up to have sold their reputation for crumbs of bread.

am a police officer I just want you to understand the fact that, most suspects handed over by mob to police lack prosecution witnesses,,, most of the cases even d said victim is only interested in retrieving their properties stolen and U hardly see any member of the mob coming to give statement,,, as U all know charging a suspect to court with armed robbery charge without a complainant or witness is as good as wasting time cuz d judge will definitely grant bail for lack of prosecution witness ,,,, I remembered a guy I rescued from mob when dey had already put tire on his neck but when I took him to d office it was weekend so gat to take him to d hospital for treatment were I spent roughly 30k to revive him but could you believe dat no single person come forth to give witness statement,,, though, I still charge d guy to court but he was freed for lack of prosecution witness... So PLS don't blame the police and also jungle justice is bad

While this piece of advice is imperative and instructive we must also ensure we get to the root cause of jungle justice abinitio!
If an armed robber is caught and taken to the station,the same bandit will be released and come for those who caught him!
There was a particular street where a notorious armed robber and cultist had been operating freely until some worried and concerned individuals staying there paid some vigilante to catch and arrest the guy.....can you believe two days later,this same criminal was already released and one after the other,he killed all those who participated in paying the vigilante to capture him.....He was finally killed by a rival cultist!
So while we say no to Jungle justice,we must call on the security operatives to do their primary responsibility!
Most of our security operatives esp the police force are culpable for releasing these bandits after being heavily bribed by their sponsors!
