The number one step is selling off your smartphone and getting a small phone that can't access the internet

Sorry my brother. I went through same too..But it's the side effects that made me to stop,I mean I had no choice than to stop..See an,don't mind those that will tell you there is nothing wrong with masturbation..It took me many years before the side effects start..Till date I still suffer from most of the effects.If I dare masturbe today the next 4 to 5 days will be hell on earth for me..So my brother, the only way to stop is get married, otherwise the effects may stop you and it's not funny.

Brother, keep praying. Get a kjv Bible and atleast try to read it everyday. Romans 6 is a good chapter if you're struggling with sin. Philippians 4: 4-8 is also good. Try not to be alone. Get involved with Christians who are not living a carnal life. Galatians 6:17 is also good. You're in a war. Your flesh is fighting your spirit. It's simply a conflict. Romans 7 shows the apostle Paul also has similar conflict. By Romans 8 he had victory. I'm not saying it's going to be easy, it might take you another couple of years to defeat it. But we can never be perfect until the Lord rapture us from this present evil world. Also read 2 Corinthians 10:3-6. But most importantly, whenever you mess up again, just go down on your knees and ask the Lord to forgive you (1 John 1:9). God knows He is dealing with bunch of stupid humans like you and I.
