off the phone leave it for 30 minutes or there about. On it back on. Disable ''3 finger slide to take screenshot'' if it is on. Also go to additional settings and disable miui optimization and reboot. Use original charger for your phone and do not use your phone while charging. You can also Remove screen guard and clean the surfaces. Check if your touchpad is cracked in any way. Thanks

Not to use phone while charging, that one go hard o. Lol. But my ghost touch was as a result of using one charger. So, i changed it. Stopped.

1. For a 14nm SOC not so bad.

2. Consider network and how stable it is. If she is using Glo like someone have stated it is an angle to look at.

3. Also turn on dark mode since it is an Amoled display, she will be fine.

This usage actually looks ok for a 4000mah battery... She should try using Dark Mode to save battery since the phone uses an AMOLED Display.

the battery doesn't look faulty to me, I think the problem you're facing here is that you used the "PLUG and PLAY" technique when you got the device... take your time and go through the device's settings and disable features you don't find useful, reduce brightness a bit, check your network out/consider switching your data SIM... and lastly you used UC MINI (which is a very demanding app) for over 2 hours, so your battery is okay.

Hi guys, after the new update, my Redmi Note 7 now freezes and no longer as fast as it used to be. It forces me to hard reset my phone everytime. I'm tired of it. Any solutions?
Download latest rom and update manually, maybe due to network some part of the rom may be corrupt.

Funny enough I almost went for Infinix Note 8(cos of lesser price an larger storage) but decided against it based on my promise of never to use Transsion and lag infested phones again. I really suffer with Tecno, my game Life became nonexistent, until Boys finally help me steal the phone. grin

But this one, person must prepare to steal me Join. cheesy

The app crashes, but I can take pictures on the front camera.

Also I can't seem to select the configuration file, despite downloading it and putting it in the right directory

Which Gcam did you download and did you setup the folder properly? Because if you use lower case where there is supposed to be uppercase in the folder naming, OYO is your case.

I'm also new to this, some boss here might help you out if you follow the directives, I use RN9 not R9

My initial plan was actually RN9 but there's this cringe any MTK whatever gives me, I'm not downgrading the RN9 but guy, MTK has dealt with megrin

I take mad shots with my redmi9. Search for redmi9/redmi 9 prime on telegram, you'll see the telegram group there.

Type #gcam for the gcam app and the XML file

Lol, true. I know the feeling.
Omo wetin MTK low grade chipset do person ehn. Imagine person need to restart/shutdown phone first anyday wey person one download films before you fit by force see something do sef. Upon that lags go one make you commit suicide. grin grin

MTK has improved recently especially late last year/this year but the only MTK chip I really respect is G90T. wink
The touch, UI, UX, OS the gestures, subtle animations and style just makes me love the RN9s. Xiaomi users truly dey enjoy I swear.
The way I even dey enjoy this old MIUI 11 version sef ehn, I no wan upgrade to MIUI 12 until I fully gbadun this one.

If you did everything correctly it will work. Note each GCam has it's folder configuration.

And if they say folder path is GCam/Configs7 and you create it gcam/configs7 it won't work.
