ok thanks God bless you, pls concerning the 14days quarantine, is it advisable to use hotel for the isolation? to use the school residence ?
for the accommodation in school, pls where can we book is Airbnb ok , or we should use the school accommodation?

Hello Godsblessings,

It depends on what type of comfort you want and the budget at your disposal. School accomodation is okay and quite cheap as to Airbnb or Hotel. School (hostel) accomodation should be more economical in my opinion.

Google Airbnb or download the app to search for accomodations and place reservations.

All the best

Hi everyone,

How is your Monday going?

Please I need an URGENT information on how to access the British Council. Lagos branch to be precise.

Ever since I realised that I could submit my IELTS General Test Report Form (I wrote the test in July 2019 and did not pick it up then), I have been calling the British Council numbers and all of them just keep tossing me around despite telling them how important it is.

I was also told they have been working from home and I won't meet anyone at the office.

I am trying to gather my docs before I get NSE Request and these guys are just not giving me any hope of collecting it anytime soon.

Please Hellllllllllllp.

Hello Oluwayemisi0507,

What about the softcopy, have you checked you account for it?

All the best

I have not been able to login to my GCKEY since morning.

I am currently experiencing the same thing, I guess its just a server downtime, but definitely be hopeful something comes after their servers are restored

Hello Adwoa816,

It may be better to apply for him from within Canada but if this happenings to be my reality, I would apply now for him given the flexibility in recent trend of visa approvals. For obvious reasons if its refused, you can then set your mind to apply for him from within Canada.

The LOE can contain a compelling reasons about his feelings of you leaving him behind, which in your assessment can affect his mental performance and socialization... Reasons should be emotional as it concerns a minor. Ensure to have completely finalized your application before commencing any other.

You have to apply for him with same documents you applied with but only that which is most applicable to his personal situation/circumstances. You may also want to get an authorized letter from his school to go on an unscheduled break and valid receipts of tuition payments for the session (if applicable). Been a minor, thing can serve as proof that he will return with you back to base or country of residence.

BTW, when did you apply and approved?

Thanks a lot for the response. I applied in May and got the permit in December

I'm sure anyone that reads this will like to know why the applicant has an 8 year study gap just at the age of 21. Have you been working at your mom's company ever since? and now you need to go for B.Sc. so upon return you'll take up a managerial role? You might need to do that kind of explanation. Ire O!

I want to apply for my study permit but I don't know what to present as my source of income. I'm sponsoring myself. I'm into phones selling but it's totally done online. I don't have a physical shop and most of these phones are gotten from a friend that owns a phone shop so it's more like I'm a middleman.

My main source of income is cryptocurrency trading, I buy and sell Bitcoin and other altcoins. I'm an investor and trader in cryptocurrency, is it good if I mention this in my SOP.

I got this money from cryptocurrency, and I have proof of trading and all.

Or should I just emphasize on the phone alone but I don't have a shop yet and I don't have much to prove on that except for my CAC Business Certificate or is there any other way to present this better.

I don't know if the VO would find cryptocurrency cool in my SOP as a source of income.

I have registered my business with CAC ( Thebest gadgets and exchange) though.

Please I need your urgent advice.

Thank you as you reach out.
