1. Did you root the phone? Unroot it
2. Is there a memory card attached? Remove it

If any of that doesnt work, you have to reflash rom using pc

no rooting, I Sabi root?? no memory card as well.

Hope it's not your power button that has problem sha.? Go and give to phone engineer to check for you.

it's not power button at all. am not even using it often sef. I learned my lesson from my last phone redmi note 5. so since I bought this one, am not using the power button. I hardly press it ...... I was playing game, when the thing started. e just off like dat and begin misbehave.
