If anyone is interested, my agent just got me a condo exactly like this in Toronto: https:///4p0adXfJOm?amp=1. Feel free to visit. I am showing this because I don't want to broadcast the real address. It is in the same area though. It is 1850 CAD a month in case you are looking for something like this over there

After about a year of pursuing my work permit, I am happy to announce that I finally have my passport in my hands.

It's been a nerve-racking journey. Unfortunately, I only found this group last month. I wish I have found it earlier because there is just too much valuable information here.

One thing I can do for those that will come after me is these:

1. If you need to pay for school fees and your card is not going, I can help you pay from next year
2. If you are coming to Toronto and need a place to stay for at most two weeks, I can accommodate you from the 26th of December this year
3. If you need a friend in Toronto to gist with, to cruise with and to have fun with, I will be available for you after my quarantine

I have benefitted a lot from this group and I will like to pay it forward.

If you are ever transiting through Toronto and need a place to crash, let me know. I am paying for a 1 bedroom + Den in Toronto after I leave quarantine and I will be glad to accommodate you as long as it is not more than two weeks.

I am travelling using Ethiopian Airlines on December 25th and I have already booked a whole apartment for quarantine. Anyone is free to stay with me during that 2 weeks.

It has ended in praise peeps.
Congratulations ❣️, for number 2 I'll land in Toronto this month, I'll be interested for that two weeks accommodation. It will be highly appreciated

Hello everyone,
I received my passport yesterday and I will like to ask a few questions
1. What are the documents required to present at the airport for boarding and at the canadian border?

2. What does one need to get BTA from the bank and has anyone gotten BTA recently?

Chocs:
Generally, Airbnb would be more expensive if used for long term accommodation. You can confirm by checking the monthly rental average in the city and comparing it to 30days fees for Airbnb.

Best wishes
ok thanks

hello, any of the options is accepted. however if your school offer hostel accommodation, I think that would be a better choice because I have been in school residence since I landed and am enjoying my time in quarantine.
school quarantine has close , option is hotel recommendations at 85$/night which is abit expensive, anyone that can assist with quarantine hostel at Winnipeg

I'm a graduate of a polytechnic with 3.10 CGPA, I applied for 2021 spring intake in Selkirk College, BC and I have received an acceptance letter and asked to proceed for tuition fee payment of about 7000cad before I could be offered an offer Letter

Please should I proceed with the payment? I am confused as per the fear of scams and other frivolous activities online

Please feel very free to share with me or if you are on same page I would like us to link up

I guess you meant a PTA, cos BTA is only for people travelling for business.
For PTA, your passport, ticket, and visa. Note that its those with return tickets they sell pta to

It's best to wait for your passport to return before you book your flight. But if you want to take the risk, then kindly at least ensure there are up to 3 weeks (minus the holiday period) between the time you're sending out your passport and your flight date—also include the charge for flight rescheduling in your budget, just in case your passport comes in late.

Thanks man

Please all, I’m very confused! I understand I can’t apply an MSC with my 2.2 in biochemistry. Here’s the question- If I serve in a firm that is totally different from what I studied eg A financial firm, and apply for a PDG in something related to
Finance, can my 1year work experience boost my chances of getting the visa?

Thanks in anticipation your responses.!

Hello,

The eagle finally landed a few minutes ago. I didn't get UPS tracking but I knew it was in transit after the full day phone wahala with VFS on Monday. I got 5 emails from them in the last 48 hours and my application status changed twice on the VFS platform during the same period.

I got a call just before 9am and I knew it was the UPS delivery man. I cut off an international call (with a friend in New Zealand) to pick up. Lo and behold, I was right. I rushed to the street junction to meet him. I only showed my ATM cards and old national ID and he was satisfied. After I signed for it, I went to the ATM and dashed him "5 Pieces of Cowries". The guy wanted to disappear into thin air.

To God be the Glory. Montreal here we come! To those expectant, your joys shall be fuller very soon.

#It Has Finally Ended in Praise - @Frank and Frat...@Kim, I sight you all!
Wow, Congratulations Hon. Akannitommy

Allez et exploitez au Canada cool

mes salutations a Trudeau wink

In my Quebec voice, Bon voyage grin

Indeed, I testify also. I actually did my upfront medical on Monday (14/12) and uploaded the slip online. After seeing @popoolam post, I decided to send them emails and attached the slip... (P:S I'm applying from Dublin and London is the Commission handling my application) I initially sent the slip immediately on Monday, but nothing was done. Thank you once again Popoolam. My eligibility has started and background checks.. Hoping for the best outcome for all for us.

.... and as our motto goes...
*It will surely end in praise*

PLEASE THIS IS VERY URGENT. Kindly attend to it please.
I have an option of applying for ielts in Abuja next week (which I need to do ASAP).

I have ielts general that I wrote in July 2019. Can I stay put with that or still go ahead with applying for IELTS ACADEMIC?

Who has submitted IELTS GENERAL and still got visa

Please help me.

Sorry for the late reply. You can certainly use the IELTS General option you wrote in July 2019. Its very acceptable by IRCC for the NSE program provided you meet the minimum 6.0 band requirement.

It will end in praise.
