You don't need to reject Ontario nomination. When filling your OINP application, make sure you indicate that you are married and submit all requested doc for you and your partner including your POF covering for you and your spouse.
In my case, I got married after getting nomination from Ontario and before submitting my application. I included my spouse, spouse did not have IELTS nor ECA and it was approved.

So I can't use relationship above excluding cousin.

However, SINP accept cousin. And you don't have to mention it on your EE application. But he or she must have be living in SINP for the past 12months

I think you are mixing up the requirements for the different provincial nominations.
Ontario doesn’t need you to have a sibling in Canada to qualify. For you to have been selected that means your NOC is why they notified you.

Now you claimed sibling points to gain federal CRS score of 462 but you don’t have a direct sibling so that on its own is flawed. Ontario selected you on the presumption that you fall between 460-468 (how you got to that 462 is federal).

How do you move from here? I don’t know. 600 points is confirmed if you are nominated but were you actually qualified to be selected ? That’s the million dollar question.

Oh, now I understand clearly, had it been ontario send me NOI base on 452, which is without my cousin. I would have go ahead with fear. But due to using him for my profile at EE which makes my point became 467.
Actually you re right. There minimum point this week was 460 and that was why I qualified

Ok, I will remove relationship point from EE and wait if ontario or SINP will invite me with the 452.

It isn't suitable.

It is under the category of sales associate/retail sales person(NOC 6421) and falls under Skill Type C. Skill type 0, A or B are the only accepted ones.

Thus it won't fly.

If you are a retail assistant manager or retail manager, you fall under NOC 0621. That is a skill type 0(Retail and Wholesale managers), and can be used.
