Congrats to all PPR clinchers!we r next in Jesus name!

Pls has anyone been able to evaluate CIIN with Wes? Have they been able to send your transcripts? Or are they taking too much time to do so?

Certificates will be out by January, that is when we can process transcripts to WES.

Hello everyone. Please I am trying to create my EE profile. I have my BSc and ACCA qualification. I am confused as to what the correct answer for 'country of study' for my ACCA will be. Nigeria or UK?

I'll appreciate your help please. Thanks

Travelpes:
Good morning All, Please, kindly provide answer(s)/opinion(s) on the following queries:

1. Is there a placeholder for CLIENT INFORMATION (LOE) for accompany spouse? can't recall......if there isn't, I guess it is ok to include with PA LOE
2. My PCC says expires in three month, is that the case for PCCs? see PCC link below. The police certificate for the country where you currently live: must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application & PCC must not be expired
3. Will I scan and submit the PCC with its attachments that has finger prints? some people only scan the pink certificate, others scan all including fingerprint page. Whatever you do, scan as colour
4. Will I have to scan all passports and stamp markings stated in travel history or just for the CURRENT/VALID passport? some people send for ALL passports including previous/old passports, others only for current passport. Whatever you do label it correctly so they know which is old and which is valid and made all pages legible
5. For a late family member, please what will I put for country of resident? maybe indicate last place or residence.......... but it may not request this once you select deceased
6. Can I include professional membership (ANAN) under organization in Personal History? I believe you can
7. For proof of relative in Canada, are these document sufficient? see checklist below
a. Birth Certificates of relative and I.(slight difference in father’s middle name adekola and kola ) maybe get a one and same person affidavit for your dad
b. PR card front and back
c. Lease agreement showing relative name and address
d. Pictures

Thank you.

Responses in green.

You should read the checklist and ensure your docs provided align with what was requested.

Hello house, please I need help with POF. My husband was the initial primary applicant and he got a gift deed lodged in mutual funds from his brother. I'm now the primary applicant due to points, how best do we go about this please?

1. Should my husband write a gift deed to me showing that he's giving me the money? Will he need to prove source?

2. Should we maintain the gift deed from his brother in my husband's name? How do we prove that I have access to it?

3. Should his brother make out the gift deed in my name and open another mutual funds account in my name? Is it acceptable for my brother-in-law to gift me the money?

These are the 3 options I can think of. Any other suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Option 2 seems most straight forward to me, a letter from your spouse should show you have access. Search the thread for "spouse letter account pof" for examples of people who did this. Someone shared a PPR story last month: https://www.nairaland.com/6081746/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/187#95936613

Option 4 - use a joint account

If your spouse is coming with you, you can count money you have together in a joint account. You may be able to count money in an account under their name only, but you must prove you have access to the money.

The Correct answer is Nigeria.

If you choose UK, they would ask you to provide PCC- Police clearance cert for UK.........Or did you study your ACCA in UK? grin

Dear House,
Please help look into this:
I started my application alone.
ITA was received in September 2019. Age 30, birthday in May.
Medicals and Biometrics done in October 2019.
PPR was finally issued in February 2020.
I decided to add spouse to avoid boredom in strange land and hurdles of sponsoring spouse later on. Marriage took place first week in March and notification sent to CIC.
All the documents for the spouse( Medicals and Police report) were also prepared immediately after marriage as we expected this would be submitted.
We submitted all documents and added spouse to application by 3rd week in March, including police report and medicals.
Till date, CIC has not responded to enquiries or provided update for spouse or requested for her biometrics. All web forms keep getting the same response that it is being processed and that additional information will be asked if required. We requested for GCMS notes and the last update on it stated April 2020.
Please what could be causing the hold up, do we keep raising web forms or just wait and hope for the best?
I will be 32 in 2021. Is age going to be a factor?
Lest I forget, my passport even expired during this process on my birthday. I have gotten a new passport, and added it to my application. Needless to say, my medicals is also over a year.
.

Please I am in a similar position, got my PPR yesterday and my wedding is on 31st, if I raise my webform on that same day, will the 30 days ultimatum for submitting my passport stop counting?

Are you saying you don’t have a certificate for your Bachelors degree? If not, kindly request for your Statement of result for both foundation diploma and bachelors and upload to Wes.

In other words Wes accepts Statement of results in place of Certificate? ....because I have also not collected my certificate but I have my statement of results.

Has this option been tried before pls?

I'll also like to check if I am selecting the right NOC. Please see below my current job duties. I think NOC 1221.

• Meet and collaborate with client to discuss where system enhancements are required for the business to enjoy better results in operations
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore consultants to ensure speedy resolution of raised incidences, service requests and enhancement requests
• Provide effective situation management and escalation across multiple geographies and time zones
• Assist with training and development of staff members to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Senior Management Reporting of program status on a regular and consistent basis

Please these are my following questions
1. How well does it fit?
2. I have just about 1year in this role. I have 4 years in a more finance related role
3. I see people have discussed adding multiple NOCs (I want to get clarifications here before going ahead)
4. When are there repercussions for modifying my NOC? While in the pool or after ITA?

@Mmamaroon and other elders. I'll appreciate your help please. Please let me know if I need to send my other job duties in my previous role
