This tomatoe paste rising price thing is a very good business for those who know the market. Raw tomatoes are still very cheap, at least in my area, we just need someone to grind the raw tomatoes and package it into a sachet to create a multi-million naira business in a few months. If I have the time, I will invest in this tomato business right now.

Buhari sef, sometimes I'm even tempted to believe he's no more. C'mon, he marked his birthday few days back and not even one of his relatives sent a birthday message or uploaded his photo on the social media. Aisha never did, none of his sons/daughters did. Osibanjo and his wife didn't post any either. I have personally scanned the whole of Instagram and Twitter and no member of his family sent Mr President a birthday message.

I'm forced to believe the man, Buhari, is late. This man has never been interviewed in any local or international media for a long time now. The few times we have heard from him, all we got was a pre-recorded video.

Stop wasting your money on sachet tomatoes. I don’t know how much it is currently because I don’t use it anymore, though I have about half carton of Gino lying around somewhere.

Buy tomatoes, the round ones, not oblong. The round ones are more colorful. Add it tatashe, if you don’t see big one, the long one would serve. Blend together and steam it.

To cook your stew, slow fry on low heat in oil that covers the tomatoes. Don’t stop till your tomatoes has pores and looks segmented. Same applies to your jollof rice and spag. You won’t have any use for sachet tomatoes.

The colour would depend on the ratio of tomatoes to tatashe and how long you fry.

I don’t use tin tomatoes in my stew and you won’t know. Done with that shii.

Yes. Tatashe gives colour.
Tomatoes gives weight and that juiciness.
Rodo gives spiciness but makes your stew thinner if it exceeds the tomatoes.

You want your stew darker, make the tatashe higher than the tomatoes. Like 6:4 or 7:3. This ratio is perfect for jollof rice too.

Our leaders don't care because it doesn't affect them. Even if it sells for 1,000 naira, they will still buy it with stolen money. They don't care about you
