My Beliefs In Every Day Language. by sonmvayina(m): 10:01am On Nov 29, 2020
I decided to create this thread to clear the air on my beliefs. This is going to be the last thread I create, I will not cease to comment on thread I find interesting.
I created this thread basically to educate Dtruthspeaker, kobojonkie, and some others who have been following my comments on this section on my core beliefs . please for those who wish to join, your can comment on the issues raised not on my person..
Let me start by introducing my self. I am Sonmuayina Elumeze, from oshimili north, local government area of delta state. I have a first degree in chemical engineering from the university of Benin in 2002, I also went to a primary and secondary school most people only dream of going. After my mandatory youth service in kogi state I proceeded to the south Chelsea college in London for a post graduate degree in computer application in engineering. I only return in 2016 to take up the family business in property development in Benin city Edo state. I also have a private nursery and primary school in Benin city. I am married with two children, one from my baby mama, one from my wife..I am presently running a masters degree in chemical engineering in uniben as I am still interested in engineering.
I grew up in a catholic family but we did not really take it serious so I am very good knowledge in Christianity and its history..
My journey to self discovery started in 2009 , where I was doing a part time job in East ham. We where having a normal banter and discussion when one of our client, a lady from Jamaica said "Africans and especially Nigerians are the only people that worships a God that does not look like them, a god that was used to enslave them for that matter ". My inquisitive mind was activated on that day and I decided to research on christian origins. This research took me to Westminster cathedral and st Paul's church both in the heart of London. It was then I discovered that Christianity and Jesus was just a Nicean creation. He was created on the other of emperor Constantine who wanted a single religion for his empire. He gathered presbyters to Nicea. A gathering that involved no Jews, if not for anything, at least to lend their voice in explaining their scriptures.
As luck would have it, I moved to an apartment in Neasden which was owned by a Jewish rabbi. I told him about Jesu's and he shivered in contempt. I ask why they don't reverence him and he decided to take me on the long road and explained to me why they don't and why it is idolatry which God forbade them from partaking in and why jesus has got nothing to do with their God and why he can't be the messiah because he did not fulfill even one of the requirement.it was then I took time to read the bible from the beginning and discover this for my self. So my beliefs will come next after this introduction.. Thank you.

After I have read the bible from the beginning for myself I understood it, I also had the Jewish rabbi to guide me, something they don't do for outsiders. I discovered that most of their belief are similar to our own culture and tradition(odinani and omenala). So I have embraced my roots and heritage. The only reason I quote the old testament is because that is what most people know and the fact that most come from a Christian back ground. The Igbo odinani is almost similar to the Jewish Laws and custom as contained in their Torah. The stories might differ but the core message in consistent and the same.

1. God:
God is the creator of heaven and earth. In our Igbo language we call him Chukwu. The Jews calls him Hashem. Same being different nomenclature. God is the totality of the consciousness of the universe fully embodied and personified. There is only one creator hence it is called a universe..He is the creator of both light and darkness and the Lord of both..

Oh! When you speak like this, I can not help but reconsider if you Truly Lost Reasoning abilities. But I think I now see what is wrong with you as revealed by your dossier above.

First, you really did not have any deep opinion about God before England and based on the Foolishness of the Jaimacan, you thought she was Right and it Set you the Foundation of your Present Belief.

Which I have torn you down Severally and you see that you Do Not Stand.

And the Error of Your Foundation is because
1) You are too physical and you do not know how to Discern or Percieve (Which is the Use of the spirit God gives us) and of course you did not trust your spirit)

Which is a shame because you went to Uniben, and lived in Benin and yet because you did not pay any attention to the Bible, (which of course you would not because Catholics Do Not Really Use the Bible, but bulletins, which contains nothing and is tasteless, a paper for the dead to deceive themselves and others too that they read the Bible), you did not acquire the benefit that residing in Benin gives.

2) In being too physical, how then can you have the Spirit of Truth, which Reveals All Things, Distilling All Lies of whatever Deceitful and flowery name eg half-truths, Untruths, falsehoods etc from TRUTH Itself.

This is even the first part of your problem before we even begin to consider the other parts of your problem which regular folks have.

2: MAN
Man is a creation of God . Man is a composite creation made up of spirit of God and dust of the earth. In other words Man is a creation fashioned from the dust of the earth and the breath or spirit of God. The dust was using to fashion an abode for the spirit or breath of God. So in essence when the bible recorded that God said "let us make man in our own image and likeness. He obviously was talking to the eartth. Man was given dominion to subdue the earth and fill it.
God already created the spiritual realm which is a world deviod of any corruption, the lesser gods do as they are told and what god has created them for. But God created man and endowed man with the ability to make choices and choose their own destiny..
So God went a little further in giving man the ability and capacity to make choices. So what are we suppose to choose from? He has placed all the choices in front of us. Good and evil, life and death..our choice.
Re: My Beliefs In Every Day Language. by sonmvayina(m): 4:54pm On Nov 29, 2020
3. MAN.
GOD created man with the ability and capacity to choose, he knows man will be prone to make wrong decisions that will affect him negatively so God gave man his laws to guide him in his journey through life. The Jews and the Igbo's are the only people to accept it. They will forever be Gods chosen people..

The laws are contained in the Jewish torah and the Igbo odinani.

I will entertain questions now.
Re: My Beliefs In Every Day Language. by sonmvayina(m): 5:01pm On Nov 29, 2020
4 DEATH.

Death is the end of human experience. Since life is all there is, death is just an illusion. We are spiritual beings just having a human experience, this physical body is like an abode or vessel to house the spirit. At death, the spirit returns to its initial state (to God ) who gave it and becomes one with God. While the body goes back to the earth were it was tsken. Just as the psalmist said in 104:29-31..
The spirit is Gods, it is pure and doesn't need to be saved from anything..

5 SALVATION.

When we speak of salvation ,it is always about physical salvation. Not spiritual. The spirit is Gods. It does not need saving from anything. It is pure. Sin is a missing of the mark. You are expected to do something and you missed it or you did the opposite, it is God who created us like this. He knows we will be prone to make wrong choices, but he went ahead hoping that we will learn from our evil actions make amends and grow. Sin was part of Gods plane from the beginning. Evil exist as a learning tool for us.

When we do sin, just as the chronicular puts it in 2nd chronicles 7:14 " if my people who are called by my name will humble them selves and confess their sins and forsake their evil ways I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land "...
If God who will offend by making wrong choices says if we confess and forsake. He will forgive is that not enough for us..?it is enough for me...

6 : JESUS

what is my idea of God having a son in like manner as stated in Mathew and luke. I find it disgusting and a big insult on my creator. To even have the mind to cook up a story of him impregnating one of the wife of his creation to sire a son. It is the highest form of mockery and insult..
I have always maintained that Jesus is a roman creation, created as an insult of the creator just as Daniel prophesied in 9:25. Since most Christians believe that God sent Jesus as a sacrifice for sins. I have gone through , and I am yet to come accross anywhere God mandated such. If there is any place somebody should provide it. Isaiah 53 that is often quoted is talking about a suffering servant. That dies multiple times because of the wrong that was done to him. 8 times prior to 53 , isaiah tells us that the servant is Israel.

Mmh!¹ I do not trust you, for I believe you love your way and you are Never going to change (which I always respect for I do not bother if a person changes or not, but if any comes with their Lies, I Will Shoot it Down when I see it, that's all) unless another Jewish Rabbi tells you so, which you may probably not believe as you would take it to the Numbers.

But for the Sakes of Goodness and Rightness, I'll proceed!

Your First Error as shown in your biography, before you now join the general population who think that they Love God, is in the Wisdom of Ron Kenoly's Song "Whose Report will you believe?"

And this is the wisdom- "You Do Not Go To Cities for High Good Morals"

You Do Not Go to A Mechanic for a Dental Problem; Neither do you go to a Mechanic Village to purchase food items"

So where do you go to obtain the know-ledge and understanding of The Most High?

Fear being shamed? After I have quashed you Severally?

From your statement up there, you do confirm that you intend to bring me to shame, exactly as I said, that you are not willing to learn and change.

And saying this also brings back your mental ability into serious question.

I do not think you are mentally sound, for you look it by your profile picture and the fact that you willingly put your personal details here, when not required neither did anything nor anybody compell you to do do.

Thus, I now believe that you are not of a Reasonable Capacity and I do not engage with persons of Unsound Mind!

Good morning, 22jumpstreet and happy Sunday to you too.

I will be happy to oblige you and I believe that when you went through his posts, you did see my answers in opposition to them, so, knowing this I, would need you to raise the issue or issues you are interested in, bringing in what sonmavayina said vis-a-vis what I said and what you wished clarified.

For I have seen atheist views, Satan lovers views, anti-God views, but sonmavayina's view is the wildest and the most outrageous I have ever seen in Nairaland and I like examining and cross-examining people's views, and Somvayina's fall was even as insane as his views which I did not know at the beginning until I was able to establish determine his mental health, and his putting his biography in a public forum, sealed it with me.

So, as a commencement, this is my standard of Measurement of Truth, As True as Zuma Rock is in Abuja Truth, as True as man does not live in water as a fish, nor eat stones or wood Truths, it is Always Always from that basis I speak!

If I get you right, you have a problem with his:

- posting his details on an anonymous forum.
- questioning the religion of his birth.
- seeking guidance from a Jewish rabbi.

Those are his personal decisions. You have made a number of personal decisions, too.

However, on the topic at hand, you have said nothing. If you have anything to say, do so.

We are listening.
