It's not only girls who do this but also males too. Or maybe I'm expecting too much?

They're busy, you should get busy too and is also true some people have many chats to reply, I'm also included, sometimes I have almost 2,000 chats to reply 100 is a really tough task to do.

Also, when you see someone online on Facebook "Mobile online," it doesn't mean the person is actually online.

I know of someone that died some years ago, but his FB is always showing "online." If you send him a message, you'll wait forever to get a reply. You'll think he is snubbing you, but no, he isn't

The solution is to get productive and put yourself in a position you won't be waiting for people's replies, but instead, people will be waiting for yours.

Messangers aren't meant for instant replies. There's a particular definition I saw on the internet that explains it better. Just because I'm online doesn't mean I'm available to chat. There should be a limit to how long it takes to reply.
Do you even know that some people hate texting but it's just that WhatsApp is a must have app. Yeah, people like me chat but not very often and it's your level of closeness that determines how fast I'll reply. I prefer calling instead.

If you're not close at all and it falls in a time when I don't have time to chat, I may totally miss your message because I often don't scroll down my chat list. I'll just attend to the one I see within my eye reach and a little below it. Or I simply use the search feature to jump directly to who I have in mind.

Also, if you're a stranger and your topic is important, I'll keep it in mind. Mostly, I don't know how to use messangers for chit-chat. I didn't even have it installed before but these days it's a must to have it.

Communication between you and your lover?

It's not necessary that they reply na...those are casual chats and occasional gossips.

Most might be so occupied and may see your chats as irrelevant.

Never bother yourself tho, just focus on your goals and with you accomplish them, everyone people would celebrate when you reply them.
