You rather is the hypocrite here because if the APC knows that he has certificate blemish, yet they fronted him & made all attempts to appear in court to defend him then.

The PDP raised dust on this issue but APC quashed it with judicial technicalities.Today, even UI that he schooled & issued him certificate have attested while the HSC issued by Cambridge have been certified to be true

This case is going to be a watershed case for this country because both the APC and PDP all married Godwin Obaseki @ one time or the other with different allegations made and never made against the alleged controversial certificate issue.

APC quashed this same issue when the PDP raised in 2016 upon Obaseki won governorship on its platform while the PDP then was alleging he has blemish.Today, the reversal is the case.Hope the APC is prepared for the legal implication of what they are up to?

It is Obaseki and his lawyers that has been Filing several injunctions to delay the case till the time frame will elapse. Both PDP and Obaseki knows that this case is a bad one for them and they’re trying to frustrate the court. With the ruling of the Court of Appeal last week, the case will done with before middle of January.

Your first paragraph shows you’re trying to defend Obaseki. Some PDP elected officials has been found guilty of perjury and forgery in the past and we cannot blame the party for that.
In Bayelsa PDP claimed the state with a case like this and I don’t see anything bad if same thing is coming back to hunt PDP.
Why will PDP accept Obaseki when they know that they took him to court on forgery and perjury in 2016?

Oshiomomhle has been destined by the Edo gods to do the needful in his own voice, until then he will keep searching for the appropriate time to dispose his cascas.

The same court were sleeping during his tenure as APC governor. The same court didn't seat for his formal oga before Ministry of Education suddenly got burnt down because he also had certificate issue. Court is sleeping even for the one using NEPA bill currently. Sadly when a graduate wants to get a #20,000 job, the person is properly vetted even after several restriction of age, year of graduation, etc. And some person still believe Nigeria will get better!

How old are you self? Are you to blame the court or the parties? Where in the world does the court go around to see thing not brought to it? Small thing now, una go say "saner climes," not considering saner people.

This Ken Mozia na mumu. He has made this case more difficult for Obaseki and his deputy. His obvious delay tactics may have angered Justice Ahmed Mohammed. He is technically now part of the plaintiff. Lol...........
