For a man to become evil:
1. Is it hereditary? NO. Some parents are wicked as the devil but the Lord will call their son to preach.
2. Is it the environment? The answer is NO. You say why? Well Adam and Eve lived in a perfect environment. They had a perfect heredity which is God, but they still messed up.

Jesus Christ is our advocate, our lawyer (1 John 2:1 kjv). You still got eyes, legs, arms, etc. Use it for the Lord. Just do something. Man is nothing but ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

That’s why the Lord commands us in Romans 13 to submit to the powers that be. It’s for our own good so that His name be not blasphemed.

The context in Romans 13 and 1 Peter 2 concerning the powers that be has nothing to do with Christians doing evil with them. It’s about obeying the laws. Why? Because the powers that be were ordained by God. Even the devil that is the god of this world was ordained by God. The purpose is for the name of God to not be blasphemed among unbelievers. Christ said "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's”. A good example is during the lockdown, the govt asked churches to close their buildings. This was for a good reason. The government didn’t say they should not preach, they only said they should not gather. The Nicolaitans are already on the pulpits deceiving people. So coming back to what you said, the powers must not necessary be good. Remember we wrestle against principalities and powers. The purpose is to make you uncomfortable in this world so you will set your affections on things above (Col 3:2). So should we do evil if the government or false prophets commands us to? The answer is NO, because Acts 5:29 kjv commands that “ We ought to obey God rather than men”. Just understand that Buhari despite being a Muslim was ordained by God. Should we pray for God to give us a good president? No, we pray that they allow us to live a peaceably life (1 Tim 2 kjv). God is dealing with us individually, not as a country or a nation.

No. I showed you (Acts 5:29 kjv) “We ought to obey God rather than men”.. To submit simply means to obey the laws. Assuming Buhari said we cannot preach Jesus, then I will be the first to go to asorock villa to preach Jesus to him. Worst case scenario, he will put me in prison which is for a good reason. Read Romans 13 and 1 Peter 2 to get clear understanding of what the BIble says. A good example is do your obey the police you meet on the road and let him do his job? Do you pay your taxes? What about your light bills or do you do bypass? Imagine claiming to be a Christian, but you bypassed your electricity. What will an unbeliever think of that Christian? When the disciple were called Christians in Acts 11, the keyword there is discipline. As a Christian, there ought to be some discipline in your life.

Also please don’t worry about what the leaders are doing. Focus on what you can do for the Lord. Why? At the judgement seat of Christ, you will give an account of what you did in your body (2 Cor 5:10, Romans 14:10-12 kjv). Your opinion about the president or your wife or children or friends do not matter to God. What matters to Him is what you did for Him after He saved you.
