"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16

This speaks to many things - GOD's goodness, mercy, compassion, power, zeal... toward His creation - (Psalm 145:8, Hebrews 8:12, Isaiah 9:7).

Material gifts are objectively appreciated during this Christmas season, but thank GOD for His grace and the gift of salvation in the Person of the Lord JESUS CHRIST that is everlasting; something wonderful to personally commemorate daily.

"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life." - John 5:24

"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life." - John 6:47 (John 6:35, John 6:40)

Emmanuel! (GOD with us - Matthew 1:23).

Yes, "Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!" - 2 Corinthians 9:15

---

"Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness." - Psalm 29:2
