Congratulation Engineer, this is massive project deliver in record time. If I may asked how long the entire project took from foundation to roofing its astonishing to me. I know those government agencies are pain in the butt. I'm going through the same thing. It is never in the best interest of the owner to settle them, paying to government direct, get it well documented otherwise they will keep coming like termite. Can you please post the source of those shining pillars in the hall where it's sold or how it's made there. Here the application is clear, it's made up of paint and other addictive products. I'm trying to get something similar over there but I don't know where. I must commend you, you did a very nice and professional job.

The pillar that you're standing next to, is what I'm referring to as a shining pillar.

Thank you bros.
When I said we settled them, it's not just to pay their Agents that come to the site. We settled the statutory fees directly from their head offices. Very many of them including Omonile.

As for the "Shinning Pillars" it's someone who handled that directly.

I used 3 and a half FULL 300mm Planks for the Bottom beam. 1100mm for the drop. Then you add the Slab thickness to it which is 200mm you get 1.3m deep beams. And very wide

Very nice sir. I followed all through. But is this really 3000 capacity? It looks small in my eyes though.

Op just give a rough idea of the cost turnkey. Eg +50m, - 100m etc.
It will enable some where their power reach and if it is necessary to call.

The chairs were arranged with social Distancing so that is why it seems like that.
Also the 2nd floor is a whole stretch is another long hall
So I made the Structural strength to be so strong that it can even contain 10,000 people standing at worst case scenario

In 2021 we are putting together a group of investors to build the best Event Centre with some Lodging suites in Lekki. 500 persons. And each person would invest a Minimum of N1m. You get 100% returns and can divest (exit).

That is a lot of investors, I think is better to have few investors that can put better resources together in form of share to the project. That is smart thinking.
