I did eat it once back then my dad bought it one Sunday like that....



NB information has it that the head is not to be eaten just cut it off and bury it.

That fowl/bird has a wild life tendencies, in my village in the east ,if you go into the forest you will see a lot of them, but they can fly for Africa if they see you

That's guinea fowl...my mum used to buy it on Christmas when I was quite young. I'll sit in the kitchen and watch her and the maid dismember it, then happily enjoy it when it's shared.

Extremely very very delicious, You know how local chicken is much tastier than broiler. Well, this is several times tastier and much more delicious than chicken..slightly more expensive too
