Go google ielts British council or Mod/idp. The instructions to register are there.
It's ielts general training and yes you can use the same result but you don't wanna score below LRWS 8777 for Express Entry purposes
Result is valid for 2yrs

Hello, merry Christmas everyone.
I graduated recently from the university and currently undergoing NYSC program. I intend moving to Canada and I would appreciate if I can be properly advised.

NB: I am into data science and software engineering and I'd be acquiring relevant certifications this coming year.

Thanks in anticipation.

For EE applications (FSW not PNP). I do not believe we need certification or licensing for the NOCs we choose....we are only required to provide a work reference that shows we performed functions that are in line with our NOC.

Hello, there was a time you were posting case files of individuals who were denied immigration n later went to court.

You have a new account now n I couldn't trace your posts. Kindly share the link were I can see such case files. The one I am interested in is the Nigerian guy who got denied because he didn't inform IRCC that he is a director in a company. Thanks

British Computer Society (BCS) certification would be perfect for an additional certificate for you to get additional points for having two or more certificates since you're in the Computer sciences. This might be faster than getting a master's degree. Research into it and look at dates so you can prepare for it while you keep working to increase the length of your work experience

Spouse (Secondary applicant)'s employment details aren't needed, except the job was done in Canada and you're claiming points for it. If not, move it to spouse personal history

You can apply as a self employed person. But CEO is not the title you will use. Although you will state that you are the director of your company. Is it a registered business? What does your company do? You will choose your NOC based that.
Find below documents you need to proof self employment

NOC mismatch judicial review for anyone considering submitting an "anyhow" work reference letter or passing off NOC skill level C as 0, A or B.

For the very fortunate recent ITAians...pls don't assume the VO will send an ADR or PFL if something they have explicitly covered on IRCC website is missing from your application. See extract of the JR above....focus on 1), 3) and 4)

Help!!!!

boye14:
Please I have a bordering question which I need clarification about. I have 2 years plus experience and by next year, I will have a complete 36 month experience in my field. At the same time, I will be starting my NYSC hopefully next year march. My plan is to keep my job and also do my NYSC in my current workplace. A colleague now said, if I do the two together, I wont be able to claim the months remaining to complete the three years because I was doing NYSC the same time. He said during the cause of my application, I will be asked to put everything I have been doing for a certain year and if they see the NYSC and also working together, it will be flagged. I need clarification on this please.

Also, I want to ask, must the reference letter come from the HR department or I can also collect it from my direct boss that I worked with?

Good day all, please is it easier to start this journey with your spouse or do it alone and process theirs later when you are there.

I really dont know the benefits of processing it alone or doing it with your spouse. Please i'm indecisive at the moment
